Grizz shoes for running are indeed very good for running. They are easy and make the legs feel great while running.

Really fantastic quality and great timeliness. Was very helpful and the end product turned out really nice. Will definitely use in the future.

Shoes included the word ‘textured’ in the title and appeared shiny in the image. These disco ball shoes were just a print. Having linked to this item from outside of the main site, I did not have the hint of identical items in different colours, nor do I think that would be adequate to make it clear that the word ‘texture’ does not imply any actual texture. When I asked to swap the shoes as they were not fit for the purpose I bought them for, I was told they do not do swaps or refunds. I was not offered any further assistance or allowed so much as a discount in good faith considering how misleading this description is. To add to this, the print quality was poor and the materials were not as expected. I wasn’t even asking for a refund and was told that the shoes are printed to order so too bad. This seems beside the point when false advertising is involved. Ultimately, as I was on holiday at the time I let it go and accepted the large monetary loss for shoes I wouldn’t use. It was only after being emailed a great many times for feedback that I returned to provide this review. Perhaps if companies spent more time on providing actual customer service instead of simply hassling customers to provide free marketing and give the appearance of service, we wouldn’t have these issues. My recommendation to customers is that you read the fine print carefully and take note of anything said and not said. Some companies are overtly lying about products, some are omitting key information to mislead consumers and some are simply putting less favourable details where they know consumers do not go to look. While these business practices are common, they are not unavoidable. Shop elsewhere.

Very disapointed ,did not get same patterned cover, was sent substitute, cover ordered 2 seat tartan sofa cover ,item sent would not fit, can't use it . They need to take it back refund me $104.70
This grizz company keep asking me to send photos of the item ,I have done this 3 times ,they now want a video ??? I can't do a video, they don't seem to know what they sent me ,it is not as displayed , I have had to escalate this with PayPal. I think grizz don't want to take item back don't want to refund me , I am innocent party here ,grizz did not send me what was displayed not what I ordered & it won't fit .
I have had to fight for refund ,they egnored that until paypal escalated ,but i only got 50% refund as griff did not want it back, they sais i would have to pay return charge . I would never shop with grizz again ,usa.

Ordered 16oz gloves and received gloves labelled 16 but only weighing 12oz. Gloves seem to be very tight also cutting off circulation in my fingers. quality is 6/10 could be better could be worse. But very upset about the weight as I needed 16oz gloves and to be able to use them for full sparring sessions without being uncomfortable… hoping to get them replaced with an accurate weight glove.

I ordered a woven rug and received a printed pattern on a polyester backing. The quality is horrendous. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a blanket, when it arrived it was a thin cheap polyester rag.
No opportunity to return due to their no return policy. So extremely disappointed.
Yet another company with misleading premium photos, charging exorbitant prices but when the goods arrive it’s just cheap rubbish. You can never buy anything of quality from China!
