The gentleman who came to my home to demonstrate an adjustable bed was polite and informative. All questions were answered and explicit paperwork left for perusal.

A brilliant service from start to finish. From the initial visit and demonstration we were provided with all the relevant information from Steve. After we ordered the bed was delivered and built within the timescale we were given. Simon and James were professional and friendly when they delivered and built the bed. My old bed was dismantled and taken away. I would definitely recommend Grosvenor Mobility. Customer service at its very best!

Ryan was incredibly polished showing me the options for the Grosvenor chair.
He was very friendly & made me feel comfortable when sizing the chair.

The company is very professional and helpful. Steve was very patient and polite when demonstrating the chair for my mum answering all our questions and queries. There was no pressure selling we needed more time to discuss our options so he left us with quote and said he would contact us the following week. From placing the order to the delivery and installation by Simon and James everything was dealt with perfectly and professionally.

I felt the need for a riser/ reclining chair to give me a little comfort having suffered a broken ankle since 2023. I filled in a simple questionnaire and within a couple of hours a very helpful Lady rang me and suggested that a Gentleman would come to my home and demonstrate a chair.My immediate thoughts were “ I know what a chair is for and looks like”. The lady booked an appointment for the next working day and lo and behold Darrell arrived along with his leaflets and we started chatting. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and within minutes I knew more about chairs, sitting positions, comfort etc than I had collected over my 82 years. Darrell persuaded me to let him bring the chair in and he duly set it up for me to try. He asked many questions about my comfort etc and then changed the height, the seat length and the lumber position on the back. What a difference that made. From sitting in a perfectly comfortable chair, I was now sitting in the most comfortable position I have ever encountered. It was with this level of professional knowledge backed up by an excellent product that persuaded me to purchase the Grosvenor chair. I can recommend this Company to anyone considering purchasing a chair which incidentally are hand built in Britain.

From my initial enquiry, through adjustable bed options, demonstrations [by Cameron], ordering and delivery, the Company were thoroughly professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
My queries were promptly answered. Their delivery team [Andy and Tom] were courteous, on time, set up my bed, explained its use, removed the old bed and left everything tidy.

The most expensive uncomfortable chair ever. Creaks,

Leaves me with constant backache. Worst £3,800 ever.

I wanted a price for a recliner- just a very rough guide before getting involved with hard sells, estimates etc. No guide prices on their website, and no e mail details, so I had to ring them. They refused to even give me a very rough guide price, insisting their chairs are bespoke made, therefore I suspect the chairs are ridiculously expensive. I never enter an antique shop that has the price tags turned over. I should have known Grosvenor were the equivalent

Cameron, a Salesman from Grosvenor Mobility came to see us on a wet Sunday afternoon. He gave us lots of information and demonstrated bed and mattress with a small version of an electric bed. We were very impressed and ordered a bed. Cameron told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks. After just 3 weeks had a phone call to say bed was ready. Delivered the week we asked for and within the time specified. Delivery men very polite and did a good job constructing the bed.
Could highly recommend this company and Cameron who was most helpful.

excellent service from start to finish, sales man came, brought a chair to show me how they work and which would best suit me, took measurements and gave me a quote, i wasnt pressured into purchasing chair i was given time to think about what was best for my condition. i phoned them the next day and went ahead with my order, i also purchased a matching couch which i received in about 3 -4 weeks. delivery was excellent the 2 men that came were lovely, they set up my chair and ran through how it worked, the reason I went with grosvenor was because I wasn't bombarded with phone calls after been given my quote, i love my riser recliner it . makes my life so much easier and i would like to give a big thank you to everyone from grosvenor for all their help and support and the delivery guys who brought my chair and couch, thank you again for an outstanding service.

home visit within 48hrs, great communication and demo. I have an upcoming hip replacement due and the company pulled out all the stops to get a chair to me within a couple of weeks. Everything went incredibly smoothly and contacted all the way with great follow up to make sure I was completely happy with the product and exceptional service.
So good to see this level of service still exists in the UK, thank you Grosvenor team.

David and Cherie delivered our chairs and informed us of all of the information we would need, they were very patient with us and only when they saw we understood the moved on to the next step. I found them most professional and in my opinion a credit to the company.

Purchasing my bed from Grosvenor has been excellent from Darrell showing us a demo bed to ordering it,it also came in the time frame he said. I couldn’t fault the fitters James and Simon they showed us the completed bed including a demo . Our old bed was taken away and no rubbish was left . Thankyou and thankyou for the lovely touch of a free gift.

Can’t thank the company and staff enough both sales man and the delivery guys were so helpful and thoughtful would highly recommend the quality off the chair is also excellent my dad is so much more comfortable and it has also help with his pain in his hips and there is no pressure when standing up thank you again

fast efficient service. I ordered brochure online and within few minutes received a call and an appointment made for next day for agent to visit. when he arrived Darren was very pleasant and knew his stuff. gave full demo of chair and my partner was able to try it and he loved it. very comfortable. in fact he fell asleep. chair was more than we could afford but Darren found a stock chair for correct size and at price we could afford & it is due to be delivered with 7/8 days. cant wait!!

I received mail from this company with my full name and address. Never heard of them, never dealt with them. Mobility aids for elderly people?? I don't know where you got my personal details from but it is foul, weird and frankly violating to know this company has bought personal data of the general population to spam them in their own homes. Stick to a mailing list of customers if you must, do not harass the public.

My Mum and Dad bought rise and recline chairs from this company. The chair for my Dad is ok but the chair for my Mum is totally unsuitable. I could see as soon as I looked at it that the seat depth is far too long for her hip to knee measurements. However, the company have been out to look at it twice and they say it's correct so what can you do? The final letter they sent earlier this year says they are unable to make any further adjustments. Therefore she is stuck with an uncomfortable chair that hurts the back of her legs and is thousands out of pocket. Very sad for an 89 year old lady.
Thanks for your response but the issue is that the chair is too big for her so fixing the motor will not resolve the problem

The home demo with Alex was extremely helpful as my wife has limited mobility. The installation by James & Simon was very efficient ,especially as we have to use 2 different exits to accommodate the removal of the 2 sofas. They also checked & demonstrated how the chairs work.
