Excellent. From the time we made an enquiry about a recliner chair, the company have given us excellent service keeping us informed about our order. The chair arrived with two men who were very helpful and explained everything to us. The chair is very well made and extremely comfortable for someone with a bad back. Highly recommend.

Paul Mendelssohn a sale rep for Grosvenor Mobility arrived on time, he gave a very good presentation of the riser /recliner chair and all the options available. Including fabrics. He was pleasent and polite the whole time.
The chair was delivered by two very polite compentent young men Simon and James. The gave me a full working demo of the chair.
The only down side id say is I think Grosvenor Mobility needs to look at thier marketing. They left a cardboard box with a teddy and a packet of out of date shortbread biscuits and future offers.
I bought a high spec leather chair. In all my years of buying leather furniture I think a leather care kit would have been far more appropiate. I mean what am i to do with a teddy? I have no children or grandchildren.

From the initial visit from Steve to the delivery yesterday 16th March I found the service to be excellent. From my initial order in January I unfortunately was taken to hospital with a heart attack & the company kindly held the delivery to my return home.
I would most definitely rate the product & service highly & recommend Grosvenor Mobility to friends & family in the future.

Cameron was on time, handled the demonstration competently and gave me the details l needed to help me. The whole experience was very helpful and so easy to complete the purchase.

From the initial consultation with a salesman to the final installation of my adjustable bed the respect and service I have received from Grosvenor Mobility has been absolutely first class. The salesman was very knowledgeable, answering all my queries honestly and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He single-handedly carried a sample bed and mattress up two levels to give me a proper feel for what I was buying advising me on all aspects relevant to my ability and comfort. Delivery was within the timescale advised and I was given ample warning of the two hour delivery slot. The men arrived on time, were polite, quick, removed old bed and mattress, installed new one giving me full instructions on how to operate the functions of the bed all in under an hour! Fantastic. Definitely a five star company I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Thank you to everyone involved.

Kevin Shaw, the Rep from Grosvenor really knew his stuff. He listened to our reasons for being interested in a riser recliner chair and factored these needs into his discussions with us. He was then also able to demonstrate how these would all be met by using a chair he had brought along for the purpose. Dad is currently being hoisted but once in the demo chair Dad was actually able to be supported onto his feet and walking frame. Game changer!

Mark visited my parents and demonstrated a bed for them. He was very informative, helpful and pleasant. They ordered the bed straight away which was quickly made. The bed was delivered yesterday by Simon and James who were professional and friendly and had a great sense of humour, and quickly got the bed set up. They gave a full demonstration of it and some advice regarding its use. I was with my parents and asked questions to make sure we all understood how it worked and they gave us great advice about the mobility frame. All our questions were thoroughly answered. My parents and I have been very impressed with the whole process. We would have no hesitation recommending your company. Thank you

Kevin shaw was was amazing when demonstrating the chair we decided to purchase, now we are looking forward to receiving two lovely reclining chair's, thanks to his vast knowledge it was very easy to decide what was best for our needs

James and Simon were careful in dismantling the old bed before taking it away, they put the new bed in place in record time. The controls were explained well. They were cheerful and friendly.

Jason the salesman was very professional and very good at his job. The delivery of the beds was a lot faster than expected, the lads that delivered them and took the old ones out were considerate, tidy and basically a good couple of lads.
And to finish the beds are just what the doctor ordered, very comfortable, they look the part and work perfectly.
