The lovely lady was not dismissive was very polite and extremely helpful. She tried to find every means to help me with the issues that I’m having in the flat.

Ibby! Thats it, that's why! So helpful, very knowledgeable. I usually dread calling housing for anything at all. I'm a great tenant but still feel wary of theses calls. Clearly you guys have upgraded the staff training because the call I just had change my opinion Guinness South completely! Keep up the great work and seriously hold on tight to Ibby, a real asset to any customer based role 👍🏽
