Very helpfull, gave me all the info i need

I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Howard , I had quite a lot of repairs to report he was on the phone with me for quite awhile and helped me so much. I’m very grateful, thank you Howard.

Although the lady spoken with was very helpful, it has been passed on to the liaison officer, I am left still wondering why the key fob hasn't arrived after the original text message to request one came from the G.T. to (myself) around six weeks or so ago, hoping it can be sorted out eventually.

Ibby! Thats it, that's why! So helpful, very knowledgeable. I usually dread calling housing for anything at all. I'm a great tenant but still feel wary of theses calls. Clearly you guys have upgraded the staff training because the call I just had change my opinion Guinness South completely! Keep up the great work and seriously hold on tight to Ibby, a real asset to any customer based role 👍🏽
