AVOID, FAULTY PRODUCTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Faulty product & refused to replace or refund. Yes I realise it had taken me a few weeks to get the opportunity to unpack the box while the kids were out of the house because they were Christmas presents & we had been on holiday. I'd spent £73 so it was a big order, but I has not expected items to be faulty and missing so I had only opened the box when it first arrived. 2 boxes of nerds at the bottom of the box looked like they had been wet & the cardboard was marked & sweets stuck together. It was definitely from inside the box as the box was dry & unmarked on the outside, so had not occured during transit. Refused to replace or refund. I am now £5 out of pocket as will need to buy from elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.
In response to the reply, how could water damage occur from inside a box, packed at the bottom & without any damage to the outer box - which I sent photos displaying! The box had been left closed in a wardrobe. The missing item refunded was 69p, if I was being dishonest, as you imply, then surely I would've said a more expensive item was missing!

The products dispatched to the customer were meticulously packaged, arriving in impeccable condition. Unfortunately, a claim was initiated due to perceived water damage. Despite the outer box displaying no signs of impairment, the claimant faced a challenge in pursuing compensation with Royal Mail, as the lack of damage to the external packaging hindered the claim process.
Upon thorough examination and a comprehensive review of the circumstances, it is our considered judgment that the water damage likely transpired during the month-long period in which the products were under the customer's ownership. Regrettably, the customer's claim was rendered ineligible for consideration, given that the communication regarding the issue occurred beyond the stipulated 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Furthermore, a separate claim asserted that an incorrect item had been dispatched, which upon investigation, was revealed to be the correct item as per the order. To rectify any inconvenience caused, we promptly addressed and clarified this matter with the concerned party.
In addition, a claim was made regarding a missing item, resulting in a full refund being issued to the customer. Our commitment to customer satisfaction remains unwavering, and we strive to resolve such discrepancies with diligence and transparency.
We assure you that our dedication to providing quality products and addressing customer concerns remains at the forefront of our business ethos.
We would like to thank you for highlighting within your review that customers should check their order within a month of delivery.

I recently made a first purchase from HappyCandy as I needed to get hold of something that I couldn't find in shops.

Sweet!
I was looking for brain sweets for halloween and stumbled across this little shop.
Delivery was speedy, items were well packaged and as described and there were even some sweet bags included which I thought was a lovely touch.
