I have ordered a coat for my wife for our anniversary. We did have a glitch with the currier, however Kelly from customer service was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to get the coat to us as soon as possible.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kellie (Customer Services Manager) is so helpful. I had some sizing issues in the order process but Kellie gave me excellent service and was so responsive.

The quality and range of the clothing is exceptional.

When ordering I recommend getting a size or two higher (if you have a larger bra size).

The item I purchased was faulty unfortunately but within hours of contacting He’ll Bunny I had been sent a postage label to return the item for free and a replacement item was received the very next day. This company offers great customer service with obviously dedicated staff. Excellent!!

My partner is a big fan of Hell Bunny Clothing and accessories so I knew ordering her some things for our anniversary would be a hit! Unfortunately due to no fault of Hell Bunny my order had an issue, Dealing with the customer service was extremely easy and pleasant and I can not commend them enough for their extremely polite and professional approach. Everything was handled very quickly and in a stellar fashion! My order is now with me and I can not wait to gift it to my partner in a few days!

Incredible designs made in the most beautiful fabrics that last for years and years, I have many items in my wardrobe from 10+ years ago that still look like new and get comments whenever worn, Hell Bunny really is the best of the best and I am always excited to receive my orders as I know they are sure to be a new favourite.

I absolutely love this brand! The majority of my wardrobe is Hell Bunny products, and I wear them all the time. I have only ever had one issue with a product, but this was immediately resolved, and I couldn't be happier with the response I received. I was made to feel genuinely valued as a customer.
This brand is flattering and comfortable without sacrificing aesthetics.

My first time ordering something from Hell Bunny. Even though there was a bank holiday inbetween ordering and shipping I received everything in short time. I saw an item on a second hand site and as it was not in my size I looked up the brand on the interent. The quality, material and fit of the clothes are much better than expected (you never know, when ordering via internet). They feel lovely and are all in the right size. I needed something last minute for a wedding and I will have so much fun wearing these wonderful clothes. I giggled trying them on.

I have purchased from Hell Bunny for years and I've brought five dresses in as many weeks, so that should tell you something. I've got dresses from Hell Bunny that I've had for 7+ years and they're still on excellent condition.

Unfortunately, I've had cause to need to use Customer Service and I have to say that Kellie Rix went out of her way to help resolve the issue. She was amazing.

I have nearly every dress of the new range that has come out, and a lot from past releases as well. Hell Bunny is at the top of the tree for 1950s dresses at the moment. The fit is always superb, the prints are always up to date and are spot on. The size I always feel is true to size, often the dresses have a tiny bit of stretch in them which is so flattering. And the skirts on the dresses are the fullest of any brand that I buy. This is very important if you wear a petticoat! Always excellent customer service from Kellie Rix, she does outfit of the day on Facebook and I end up buying every dress she's wearing, as she always looks phenomenal. Kellie Rix is the biggest asset to Hell Bunny!!!
