I have a fair amount of Hell Bunny clothes. I've always found them to be well made for the price and true to size. I don't always order directly from their website, but have a few times. Most of the time the service has been really good. I have only encountered an issue once. I ordered an item, received an email saying it had been dispatched, then later that day received another email saying the item was out of stock and they had sent me a refund. It was mildly annoying but the refund came through, no issues.

Alarming business practices.

Ordered two dresses which somehow, inexplicably, were sent to another customer in another town. Customer service’s response to this was to offer to get the customer to send them on to me! They have not offered to replace or refund and I am still going around in circles with them. As of writing this review, I have not even received confirmation that a random stranger is not holding my personal information.

Clearly not GDPR compliant and the representative I have been emailing with has been rude, unsympathetic and completely disinterested in resolving a huge mistake made by their company. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a gorgeous sparkly velvet dress from Hellbunny for Christmas, and it arrived quickly, was well cut, and fit like a dream - sizes are true, and great for curvy girls. These dresses aren't particularly cheap, but you get exactly what you're expecting. So pleased with my purchase.

I ordered the Elvira coat last month and got a medium, because most of my clothes are that size and I try to stay a size up anyways, especially with coats because I wear a lot of layers. I hadn't ever bothered measuring myself before because I don't typically wear fitted stuff like this. Shipping was super fast, but when I got it, it was WAY too big. Measured myself only to find that according to their measurements, I was slightly smaller than the XS. I had to pay ~$70 to send it back which sucked, but I understand why they can't cover that. After they received it, they sent the exchange in 2 days and I received it 2 days later. It fits so much better and honestly leaves more room than I was expecting for layers. Definitely true to size, so make sure you measure yourself before ordering! Very happy with it, despite the inconvenience.

Customer service is non-existent.
They received return parcel and only processed half. Kept item and money paid - seems they make a habit of doing this.
Have ignored all communication and PayPal case on the matter.

I dont normally buy clothing on line but I've ordered 3 things from Hell Bunny recently. All were perfectly sized, quality was great and each order arrived within 24 hours even during lockdown.
One item was sold out and they refunded immediately without me having to ask.
Their customer service is excellent.

Very poor and disappointing experience with hell bunny. I ordered a dress and the original service was great the dress came within a day. I had to send the product back due to the sizing was wrong. The return process was also fine.... I gave hell bunny a month due to covid 19 to mail me a new dress out. And i had no item or money back so iv got in touch with the team and they apologised and claimed to send me it out that day... 2 weeks on and i still havent recived anything.... I am beyond disappointed and angry the fact i havent had any return of money or product.... Im still trying to sort it out...

I had a great experience with them, the quality of their products is amazing and shipping is fast which I love. Will deffo order with them again

In March I've ordered 3 times and all of them were super fast to deliver to Portugal and the items were fabulous.
Please, please stop with the sales and promotions...my budget can't handle it anymore. :D
Oh and my mother with 71yo was the client to almost all items, several blouses.
Now she is always asking if there's new ones. :)

Absolutely fabulous! Was so happy with the 2 items I bought on sale a few weeks ago. Got a swimsuit and a knit t-shirt and quality was really good. The swimsuit is gorgeous and everything fitted like a glove making me slimmer even.
I haven't bought from Hell Bunny in years but I will be back for more for sure! Really good fit in the items. And shipping was quick despite the virus issue. Thank you so much :D

I ordered a pair of trousers from Hell Bunny. They looked amazing in the image in the website, however when they arrived they did not fit correctly at all.... the crotch was too tight on the back and the front was far too loose! Not to mention that the waist was also rather tight. It made no sense.

Vanity dress comes up slightly small but good quality, especially for the sale price! I even got a further 20% off with a special code advertised on the website itself. Delivery slightly delayed, presumably due to the current pandemic, but I was informed at every step. They use DPD who are great. Awesome, thanks!

I'd give them 5 stars for clothing quality; I have loads of Hell Bunny and I love it. It's also very true to size so everything I order in an XL/16 always fits. Have ordered a couple of times direct from the website and clothes turn up in great condition and in good time.

However - I ordered from the website recently, had confirmation everything was fine, but didn't get an email until AFTER I received the package to say something was out of stock. A bit annoyed as I would have liked to substitute (as it states in their website policy).

Ordered many times from hellbunny. Item quality and sizing always spot on. Delivered exactly when expected. I’m actually surprised by the bad reviews on here. However I have never needed to return anything or deal with customer services.
Only problem I have with them and it’s a pain in the butt.... the website.... although easy to use when it works I have major issues getting it to work for some reason. Got to be their side as everything else works fine.

I never had a problem with my orders and the clothes quality is great. I have bought both from another store and via their website directly and would buy again. The only thing I would change is the international shipping charge as it is much more exensive than other similar online stores (20 GBP compared to 7.50 - 9.50 GBP other brands charge).

Shame there isn't an option to leave no stars. The worst customer service from a company EVER! Please believe the bad reviews. This company is atrocious. Shoddy goods and non-existent customer care.

Terrible customer service. Followed their size chart, I'm much smaller than the size I ordered just to be safe. Yet the bust is so tiny I can't zip it up. Back zipper is open by several inches. I'm not large chested either. I told them their size chart is incorrect and they're response was basically "yeah we know it's wrong but we still won't pay the return shipping if you want an exchange." I'd be happy to return the dresses for exchange but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again seeing as I did my part and followed their size chart, how was I supposed to know it was incorrect??
I trusted what was posted on their site and that's my fault? wow. Never ordering from them again.

So, I have had many cardigans from hell bunny.
My boyfriend buys me one, it's lovely but five buttons fall off on the first wearing, all lost!
I asked hell bunny for new buttons as I have an unwearable cardigan.
Nope, they offered me 20% off a new one.
I escalated the compliant.
No answer.
I was happy to sew new buttons on, but they don't have any!
Pretty shoddy service!
