Sizing is dreadful and customer service is awful, rude and very untrustworthy company.
First order they only shipped half the order and had to chase for my money, as they still tried to charge the full amount, second order the sizes where way off, third order well what can i say, i wont be ordering again, have never come across such rude staff in my life, dont rely on the sizes at all, they are dishonest at this company, i gave them 3 chances and got fobbed off each time. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Don't rely too much on their sizing chart - according to the chart I should have been a small (UK10) but based on other reviews I read, I went for an extra small in all of the dresses I tried. The fit was perfect on all of them except one, which I would need to size up in (this was a pencil dress so was more fitted than the other dress styles I ordered).
I contacted hell bunny on Facebook before ordering about sizing and they told me to go by the size chart which was fairly unhelpful given that the size chart isn't accurate.
Returns are not free which is definitely a negative point, as this can be quite expensive. The dresses were lovely though!
Love the item, but customer service is appalling. Only real way to chat is through messenger and they spoke to me as if I’m stupid. Very blunt and no customer service skills, I am a customer and thus should be spoken to in a manner fitting. Will not use this company again for that reason.
What is most misleading is when the clothes on picture is not the same as the one sent and that happened to me. If I am going to be sent a burgundy instead of red then why bother asking me what colour do I want. Such discrepancies is so annoying and to think of returning item when one is busy has a baby and time is so precious I think I am going to end up settling with the colour sent to me. Burgundy is not red. Red suits me and burgundy does not. It is as simple as that when it comes to clothing colour and us women. I don't think I will be ordering again. I gave three star because despite coming across as a brand that sends random colours the buttons weren't falling apart but in all truth with the inconvenience of settling for burgundy (when it was not even on the option) I would have given two star. It reached so swift and on time though but not at all satisfied with the colour and the liberty they took to send just any colour that was not even on the site.
Absolutely 100% DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
I received several items recently, one of which was a cardigan that was faulty. As per their website I contacted Hell Bunny to inform of the fault and was told to post this item back separately from the others at my own cost and I would be refunded when confirmed as faulty.
I sent several photos through of the faults first and could have been given confirmation of fault at this stage but wasn’t.
Fast forward several weeks later and I hadn’t heard anything about my return. I had to email to follow up and only then received my money back, but no refund for my postage costs. After emailing again I was told the cardigan wasn’t considered faulty so they wouldn’t refund me that amount. At the time of posting I was told by the agent it would have only cost a couple of dollars more to post all items together. Essentially I have been penalised as a customer for doing the right thing and informing the company of this fault before returning.
I have submitted a formal complaint to the customer service manager about how this process puts customers at a disadvantage and they have failed to respond after several days. This service has been awful and I would recommend that you avoid this company if you don’t want to be out of pocket!
I measured myself and ordered the Clash Skinny trousers based on the sizing indicated . They were too large so I had to order again.
Pros:
1. The trousers are lovely, the fabric is soft, stretchy and the quality is fantastic.
2. Delivery is free. Which is awesome. And really speedy. I received them the day after placing the order.
Cons:
1. The recommended sizing measurements on the site aren’t great. I could probably have gone down yet another size but decided I could make do. They come up large.
2. There aren’t any free returns unless your item is faulty and their website states that if the deem your returned garment to not be faulty, they won’t refund you. I would have thought free returns to a designated store (which most companies offer) would be incredibly useful as an option to your customers rather than making them pay for tracked shipping.
3. The returns note isn’t printed, so you have to write in the order number, garment details etc like it’s 1993 and you’re returning a Kay’s Catalogue order. You also have to hand write the returns label which even Kay’s didn’t make you do. Not such a big deal, I know, but it’s such a small thing for a company to preprint this information on the returns note along with an address label (doesn’t even have to be sticky). But that’s just my cantankerous old self picking at bones.
So while it’s a 5/5 for the trousers (which really are gorgeous), a 5/5 for super speedy delivery, it’s a 1/5 for the sizing on-site, and the same for returns process.
Had my first experience ordering from Hell Bunny in the past week. Great company to deal with. Lovely clothes arrived promptly and without quibble. Had a wee issue at the checkout in using a fifteen percent off coupon. I instant messaged customer service and they sorted everything promptly and refunded me for the extra money. Highly recommended and credit where it's due! 👏

Received my order today after speaking with hell bunny to make sure I ordered correct they advised my based on my measurements to order in a medium I did this and when my item arrived it is way to big, they want me to pay to return the item before I will get a refund for the item but not any postage so will be out of pocket almost £10 when this was there fault. The customer service number can only be contacted between 12-3 weekdays and the online chat can barely help. Will not be ordering anything from this company again after this experience.
Bought two dresses - love them, great quality and sizing. Delivered within three days of ordering to Republic of Ireland.
The clothes are great, IF they arrive. They use DPD as delivery company, who doesn't deliver oftentimes. Hell Bunny is not able or not willing to deal with that and is not willing to refund upon finding out the problems. Had to inform PayPal to get my money. Don't buy here!
Ordered three items yesterday from Hell Bunny and they arrived delivered by DPD today - very impressive! I’m usually a high street size 10 UK - I checked my measurements against their size guide and was between an S and an M, I decided to go for the S and all three items (dress, jumpsuit and top) fit perfectly. I’ve already recommended to others!
Wow, they almost doubled their prices after brexit for citizens of EU (like it was our fault, lol) and made extra website for EU citizens with these outrageous prices... I've found out only because I had link for a dress saved from before and I suddenly couldn't order delivery to my country. Asked them about it via facebook and got response with link for EU website (with different prices). After I asked via mail what is up with those prices (I am admitting I was really annoyed) I got passive agressive response to blame brexit and they forwarded me to the page saying they are in fact not shipping to EU now. Like sorry?? YOU WERE THE ONE VOTING! Not me. You blame brexit.
I have small bussines myself and this was the worst way of handling complaint and worst customer service ever.
With this prices at least use something else than 100% polyester. NEVER AGAIN!
The dress I ordered had a very thin & cheap-feeling fabric, which is shocking considered the price I paid. The sizing was very off - their XS is GIGANTIC, I’d call it a size uk 10 at best, with a size 12 bust! Despite their marketing looking all-inclusive, Hellbunny doesn’t want to cater for naturally-slim women, so I don’t recommend them to slender/petite women at all.
I've been eyeing the Elvira coat for a looong time after seeing beautiful photos. I was scared to buy off the official Hell Bunny site as I've read bad reviews about their customer service, but they had a 20% off sale for a whole month, so I risked and ordered. I got the coat for 120€. It was shipped the next day and I received it 2 weeks after that. I ordered a size S, thinking I needed a bit of room for a cozy sweater, BUT the coat was huuuuge. I was sceptical about exchanging, because I had to pay return shipping (20€) and didn't know if XS would fit, but the coat looked and felt like really nice and beautiful. I sent back the coat with a tracked service for an exchange and was anxious if everything was going to be okay and that I wouldn't be charged customs after 1st January because of UK leaving EU. After kindly e-mailing them about confirming received goods, they kindly assisted me and sent out the new coat ASAP. The coat in XS is still a little too big for me, I guess it's shaped like that intentionally. I use a belt from another coat to make it look more flattering in the waist. I'm 170 cm tall and it's quite long, I'm around 65 cm in waist and 85 cm in bust. I think if you're smaller than me, the coat will definitely be too big for you. I feel like this coat is better for bigger ladies as it shapes their bodies better and makes them look very sexy (that's why I probably fell in love with the coat). I mean overall the coat looks amazing, I love the skirt shaped bottom part and faux fur details - especially the hood. BUT I feel like the coat isn't really worth neither the regular price (at the time I ordered it was 150€, then it spiked to 167€ and now it's 204€ lol), neither the sale price I got it for (120€). I own a coat from another brand that cost me around 100€ and it's nicer quality than Hell Bunny. My final words - I was very happy with their customer service (I'm always very patient with my orders, because I know these are difficult times for companies and post services), but the product kinda disappointed me (the fabric already feels different at some parts, the buttons are loose and sometimes sound like they're gonna fall of and the faux fur feels a bit cheap - had the coat for a month). I still proudly wear it, but it's not what I expected, so that's why one star less.
I had issues with customs taxes due to Brexit, no help at all from Hell Bunny. Then I discovered I paid UK taxes in the global amount of my purchase, which is now illegal. Hell Bunny "refunded" me basically with a voucher while we can't even order on their website anymore when we live in Europe. That's unacceptable, awful costumer support.
Sizing is off - a while ago I ordered a dress and skirt in size small and they were (and still are) perfect, but this one wouldn’t even do up. It also came out of the packaging stinking of fish, which makes me think it’s being made cheaply...
Just a warning, the sizing for the coats runs HUGE - I'm normally a size XS with a 25.2 inch waist and I ordered an XS coat which was fitted for a 25.6 inch waist. I assumed it would be a tiny bit big but I wasn't prepared for how massive it was...I could grab a bundle of material at the back which is about an extra 6 inches in diameter. I measured the waist circumference of the coat afterwards and, surprise surprise, it is about 31 inches. It just isn't fitted or flattering. It's a shame because I bought an XS dress at the same time which fit perfectly, so the sizing just isn't consistent.
This was my first bought from this eshop. Everything was going easy. Perfect communication with seller and really quickly they exported my package. Even that I messed up my order because I ordered size L by mistake. I wrote them email and they send me the right size. Dresses are awesome and fit well! P.S.: I´m not from England, so don´t be afraid to shop here.
Not too pleased with my first shopping experience with Hell Bunny. Had difficulty in selecting my choice even though it was fairly easy to pick my dress size. When I tried to do so, an automatic message came up stating that I had chosen an incorrect option (there was no mention of my item size being out of stock). I messaged the Hell bunny service rep who said it was working fine for them and I should try again. When I did, I was able to go through with the full purchase. However on the day of the DPD delivery notice, Hell Bunny announced due to my size being out of stock they were cancelling my order and refunding. So, all in all, a disappointing experience. I think they really need to update their website and connect it better to their stock of sizing options.
