I have always had excellent experiences ordering from hell bunny (from UK). Sizes are usually spot on (fitted as per styles suggest) and excellent quality. I keep most items I order but returns have been dealt with quickly. Support on messenger has been warm and courteous.
I’d like to see more styles that are retro/vintage (rather than skulls and cobwebs!) coming through! I highly recommend.

Two stars because purchasing and shipping were fine, but I'm actually appalled at the quality of the product I bought. I'm not returning as the cost of shipping it here and back again makes it not worth it. Their clothes look nice but try somewhere else, even on sale their clothes aren't worth the cost.

Trousers split within 2 wears, surprising as they were actually a little too big

This was my first purchase from HellBunny.com and I know better now. Beautiful designs and styles but my suggestion is to find a local retailer and purchase from them and not the website. Not being sure of the fit I ordered the top I wanted in two sizes planning to return the one that did not fit. Big Mistake! Returns are on the customer and must go to the UK. My $34.00 top would cost over $50.00 to return for a refund! So I'm stuck with it. Just be aware of their return policy. I was aware but having never sent anything overseas did not realize the cost to send even a tiny package. They originally charged $7.00 to ship the two tops so I figured it couldn't be more than that to return one. I emailed customer service to see if there were any alternatives and the answer was no. Learned the hard way this time.

All in all I had a good experience with this company. I got cold feet the first time I placed an order, so they cancelled it per my request with a full refund.
I decided to go for it and place another order and stick to it. After much measuring and thinking I changed my mind about the size on the clothes, and they said they would change the size for me on all items ,and this was the same day my order was shipped so I crossed my fingers.
My order arrived aprx 4 days after it was shipped, and since I live in Norway that was so fast which was great!
I got what I ordered, the size was right and everything fit perfectly and looks awesome!

Customer service could use some fine tuning as some things were kinda confusing and I had to ask certain questions several times before getting an answer to what I needed to know.
Sometimes they say they'll be with you soon to help but never gets back to you.
The fabric wrinkles easilly, but it's not too hard to straighten out.

All in all I am very happy with my order and super fast shipping. All 5 pieces are so bright and beautiful.

So after placing an order for clothing for a party, happening on a specific date, noting that it was 'next day' delivery, for orders placed before 12pm (with weekends and BH's excluded) I am now a week on, and no clothing has shown up at my door.

I've emailed to ask where my order is and pointed out the next day delivery charge (£4.99) and their response has been, that's this does not refer to next day, it's delivery, not next day.

I've taken a screen shot of the shipping details on offer and I've asked them to change the next day delivery point, as it's false advertising. As I was on a timescale, I didn't order from many companies who could not get the clothing to me by the date. I chose Hell Bunny because it clearly states 'next day' - even with a bank holiday, it shouldn't take a week.

While the £4.99 is not a massive amount, it should be billed as standard delivery charge, not next day as that's very misleading!

The order was not for an insignificant amount either.

Also their website is atrocious to use on a mobile and not that great via the website either. Filters don't work properly and some items of clothing show up as adverts and then you can't search for them.

As I'm not in receipt of the clothing itself, I can't comment on the quality. (Will update.)

They should just be more honest and clear from the off. It's not given me a good feeling about Hell Bunny and I won't be shopping with them again.

Do not buy from Hell Bunny if you live outside of the USA. I made a purchase because they're having a 20% off sale.
I am aware of the fact, sometimes we pay duty for imports but the duty is $167 which ends up being more than half my purchase!
I emailed their customer service and was told if I don't pay it and it gets returned they will charge me shipping. An actual threat!
Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never order from them again.
Shame because I love their clothes.

I just recently received my first purchase - the Miss Muffet Trousers in an XS. I got worried they would be too small or too big (I've had difficulties with UK sizes for some reason), but they're so, so wonderful. The details are lovely & of good quality. So stoked to wear these spider-web pants! I also didn't realize they ship with DHL...SO QUICK - the pants took a week to get to me (I live in Canada). I'll definitely be purchasing again in the near future. Thank you! :)

All fit perfectly and are all so pretty. Most brought from a store here in Australia and some directly.
IV never had any issues with there service.
Items come with in 5 business days.

Honestly the worst customer service they had technical difficulties which is understandable but this should be told to customers when they aren't actually going to get their orders next day spoke to someone through message as I was unhappy as it was a dress for an event and got a very rude response disappointing when their clothes are such good quality.

I really love this company. I have bought from them a couple of times and I have had a great experience each time. The products always look exactly like they do on the website, sometimes even better in person actually! I have had no issues with quality, everything I have ordered so far has been excellent quality. For me the sizing is good, I'm a 10-12 UK and I buy the size Medium and they always fit perfectly. I usually receive my items within 3 days of ordering and they offer a tracked service so I know exactly when to expect them which is really helpful. I have had no issues with returns, it's unfortunate that they don't offer a free returns service, but I always have my money back within 7-10 days of postage. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

This is a general review as I have a number of their dresses. I have vixen halter neck full skirt dresses. I am comfortable in a small in these as I'm a 10/12 bottom half with a 36F bust. Nightmare for dress shopping as you will probably agree. I have recently purchased a second hand vixen dress in a wiggle skirt style with cross over straps. I needed a size large in this to accommodate my bust. It is roomy on the hips but that's fine for me. Thought other ladies with similar sizing may find this helpful.

Bought a coat, within a handful of wears two pockets broke.

This bothers me less than the customer service. They are rude, indifferent, and entirely unhelpful. I've been emailing them for 6 weeks about this, but they have decided they won't do anything because of the time that has passed, despite when it was first reported. They now have stopped responding.

They take your money but do not provide goods or services worthy of it.

The customer service has been bad enough that I'll never shop with them again.

Gorgeous tops and dresses. Exquisite designs on fabric. Great attention to details. Plus many of the dresses sometimes come with pockets which is a delightful bonus.

I bought a coat around black Friday 2021, it's now February 2022 and the bows attached to the coat have fallen off and gone missing. I contacted them to ask for replacement bows, they said they didn't have them so I asked for an email address for the manufacturer which they wouldn't give me. I asked them to contact the manufacturer for me if they were unwilling to share their contact details.

They came back to me saying that the manufacturer did not have spare bows so I asked for a partial refund. They sent back a childish reply, stating that that would have been possible but because I'd given them bad feedback on social media they would not offer this. I was appalled by their customer service, the coat was expensive and should not have things falling off it after just a couple of months.

Terrible customer service experience.
The support knows nothing, just basic replies, NPC behavior.
The sizing is also terrible, support recommended me L while I'm wearing S (EU) but the size on the website is wrong, so I got M thinking that it will fit me, wrong it is a tiny bit large on me, can't even send it back because I've seen the reviews for replacements.
The clothes are very cute but the support is terrible and nothing is accurate, doubt I'll ever buy from this brand again.

I particularly love the modeling of the Hell Bunny dresses. For me one of the best, Just be careful as I find the fit a bit big as I'm an S in the UK but seeing reviews I sized all my dresses for the XS, and it turned out great, the S would have been huge in me. Most of the pieces I have are dresses, so I can't comment on the modeling and quality of the other pieces yet. I will try to invest in capris and coats now. In addition to the dresses, which are many, I have a skirt and a knit. About the mesh, in relation to the size, I already prefer the normal S, because, for me, they are a little reduced (but understand that I have only one mesh as an example) and the pure cotton skirts are thicker, do not reduce the size, because they don't stretch on anything. In addition, a site with really formidable pieces, know how to choose and you will have good results, in addition to really charming promotions. Never had any problems with delivery, they were always on time.

Been buying from Hell Bunny for a few years and the one thing they're always consistent in is the quality - Which is quite poor. I've always had to self repair dresses after the first wear because they've started to pull apart at the seams (I buy the correct size so this shouldn't happen) and after purchasing a very expensive piece from them last year that also fell apart after one wear I've decided to stop purchasing from them. I would very honestly compare their quality to that of wish but you'd probably get pieces from there that last longer

The quality hasn't improved after all these years but the asking price is still for high quality pieces. Everytime I've asked for a refund due to the pieces being defective I've either been offered an extremely low % refund or no reply at all. I would not recommend this company for pin up style clothing, it's a shame given the styles they offer but the quality is just way too poor

They offer no exchanges, so when I was bought the wrong size as a Christmas gift, I was initially told I couldn’t exchange it. Then, one of their agents said I could send it back for a refund and then order a new one. I pointed out that I didn’t want the person who bought it for me to know I had returned it, so Hell Bunny said that was fine and they would refund me store credit to my Hell Bunny account instead. I paid £7 postage to return it, and wrote on the packing slip that I had arranged for store credit, and included all the details. Instead, they have refunded the card of the person who bought me the gift, so they have now found out that I have returned the gift. Very dissatisfactory service.

Edited down to 1 star from 2 stars, as today they replied to my complaint email with complete indifference.
