Always a pleasant experience when i take my car in for any works to be carried out on it. Car is handled with care, and i am called when the car is ready to collect. Pete is great, always greeted with a smile.

Fantastic service from HiQ Tyres & Autocare Burton on Trent. Professional and prompt. The owner went out of his way to make sure I got a replacement tyre in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

My real left tyre kept deflating, so i thought it was a puncture. Jake & Eoin soon identified that it was actually a seal, so they repaired it in less than an hour and i was away

Got our Merc fixed at the HiQ Tyres & Autocare Burton on Trent branch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I couldn't get the car to the garage due to illness so they came and collected it. Friendly and polite staff that go over and above. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visited HiQ Tyres & Autocare Burton on Trent yesterday, for a replacement tyre to be fitted, my very first visit here.
I was very impressed with the service I received & will definitely be using them again. I was in & out within 20 minutes, was served with a cup of coffee while I waited & the price was very competitive too.

Had two new front tyres and windscreen wipers fitted.tyres were prebooked on their website, great price and easy to book with payment on completion. Asked, about wipers while I waited and these, were also done for a good price. Nothing too much trouble, in and out on time and excellent customer service, well done to Pete at the burton on trent branch

Very efficient and professional top class work

The service I received from HiQ was excellent.
Having used them before I only bothered to search their website for the tyre I required it, came in on my budget! I proceeded to book in online , within a short period they rang me to explain when they could expect the type to be delivered, they let me know when it arrived.
The took every precaution to protect me when I turned up to have it fitted, which gave me every confidence to believe the tyre would be professionally fitted.

Excellent customer service and very affordable! Would highly recommend to anyone!
