I Cannot speak more highly of the team at HiQ Burton Upon Trent! The service I received for my BMW Z4 was absolutely awesome. Jay in a few minutes had the wheel off and had a good look round it. Two nails had gone through it so a new back tire was required. It was ordered and fitted very swiftly and they went above and beyond dropping me off to my place of work round the corner so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. Top service and really nice professional guys. If you want old school quality service and no upselling then these are the people for you.

Car was taken in for a service and MOT, staff at Burton on Trent kept me informed about what was needed and were very helpful. All in all a good experience would recommend and will use again.

I was concerned as my tyre light had come on.
He said take a seat we will check you tyres and let you know outcome.

Walked in just after opening this morning to get a tyre changed on a van, brilliant service, was seen straight away and back on the road in no time! So easy and straight forward.

It is a sh. t company the current team don’t know what they doing messed up my uncle car by putting wrong engine Oil they mix all sorts of cheap engine oil

5 Star Service - Glynn, Shane and the team are knowledgeable and helpful. I have recently had, tyres, MOT and Tracking done with them all on separate occasions and cannot fault the service or professionalism. I recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for all your help guys and your very reasonable prices in the current economic conditions.

Fast service, would use again very happy

I called up the day I visited as I had a flat Tyre that needed repairing and was told I could turn up later that same day to get it done. I was greeted by Glynn and Shane who were very friendly and had excellent knowledge. They got my car in within minutes of me turning up and Jay got the work done quickly but still to a high standard.

Excellent all round experience and would highly recommend to anyone who needs any work done!

Visited HiQ in Burton-On-Trent
Desperately needed my front tyres changed as they had very low tread on them. Shane and Glynn were great and explained what the best option was for my needs. They ordered the two new tyres and fitted them for me on the same day even tho they were busy. Price was good and I was very happy with the friendly and professional service given. Thanks for all your help.

I visited the Burton Site to do for an Oil Change & the service received was Brilliant!! & the work carried out was prompt & efficient!

Just had two tyres fitted at HIQ Burton .. they are not standard tyres but the assistant manager Shane arranged to get them delivered the same day for fitting which saved me a lot of hassle .. very polite& professional, as were the guys Archie & Jay who did the work for me .. will use again

Great service. Good advice. Shane was very helpful discussing tyre options. Tyres were fitted -tracking checked -and he even ensured the tyre pressure was correct . Would recommend HiQ in Burton.

Used the burton on trent store for my mot . The people in there were very chatty and friendly as a woman I’m not keen on going into garages etc but felt completely at ease . My car needed a little work doing to it and glen quoted me for the job ,got it done at a very reasonable price and did the work straight away for me . I’d fully recommend hiq to anyone. Fantastic job . Thankyou
