Visited problem with tyre he showed me what was wrong and I did need new tyre so they fitted then tracked for me was very helpful checked all pressure on every tyre would highly recommend

I don’t like handing my car keys over but HI-Q can be trusted. Major service and MOT. Price not the cheapest but they did a good job and communication and when I dropped car off/phonex2/collected was excellent. Will definitely use HI-Q again next year. Recommended.

At 4:30pm I discovered my car was making a strange noise, only to find a huge bolt stuck in my front tyre. I was understandably stressed. I contacted Halfords and was quoted £90 for a replacement tyre and told it couldn’t be repaired.

Remembering that my garage had previously recommended HIQ Tyres — and that they had kindly helped me with a new valve just a few weeks earlier — I decided to give them a call. I phoned at 4:50pm, knowing they closed at 5:30pm, and they immediately told me to bring the car straight down. They reassured me that the tyre could in fact be repaired and fixed it there and then. Best of all, it was nowhere near the price Halfords had predicted for a replacement.

I am so incredibly grateful. The team were professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. They could easily have told me I needed a new tyre, but instead they saved me a significant amount of money and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be returning for any future issues and referring friends and family. Amazing service from a fantastic team!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had my car in for an MOT and service, and when a ball joint needed replacing, Jack called to check before going ahead and fixed it in the same appointment to save me a trip and an MOT retest! I had my car MOT'd and serviced. The process was quick and well organised.

The team were very friendly and helpful. I needed some work done on my car to pass the MOT which they sorted the same day.

The car park was also good and easy to park/get my car out. I've had problems in the past elsewhere with getting my car back out.

Went to HiQ as recommended by a friend and so glad I did.
I had a nail in a tyre on my new car and feared I may have needed a new tyre.
Jack on reception took a look at it and said he could probably repair it without the expense of replacing it.
He immediately took it in and repaired it himself.
Exceptional service and saved me the cost of a new tyre.
