Had service here again. Quick and very good service. Will be going here from now on.

I got booked an MOT. First they did not contact me (first they said they did, but had no call or email). Then after they book me, wasted my time just to come and tell me they cannot do the MOT due to being Private Hire, even if the council has no special requirements. Lack of professionalism and knowledge on procedure.

Exceptional service from the team at HiQ Coventry. Easy booking, very clear, no hidden costs. All the team were very friendly upon arrival.

The work completed was outstanding. I normally use a main dealer but the service I received was amazing. I will only be using HiQ on Endemere Road Coventry moving forward. Special mention to the service manager Jack Petch. Best in customer service I’ve received in a long time. Thank you.

Took my horsebox for new tyres fantastic service, friendly staff, quick efficient what more could I ask ?
They also put my wheel trims back on and secured with cable ties for me.

Great on line pricing for quality tyres. Next day fitting available. Warm welcome and 2 tyres changed in 30 minutes. Definitely use them again.

My brake lights and tail lights had all stopped working. As I was driving by the garage on the way to work one morning. I decided to go in to see if I could get the car looked at. I was told I could leave it with them and they would have a look and give me a call. I got a call back before lunch time to say it had all been sorted and I could collect when I was ready. The staff are really helpful and honest. The card machine was taking time to load and I didn’t have cash - the guy who served me (didn’t get his name) advised they did a bit of a clean up of dirt build up around the bulbs and changed the bulbs so not to worry about the charge. It restored my faith that there are good honest people out there still and I couldn’t fault the great service at this garage. Thank you for your help & I know where to go if I’m ever in need of a good car garage :)
