Excellent service provided by Shaun and all the staff at the Dudley branch from initial phone call to book work through to collection of my vehicle.
Very polite and efficient. Throughly recommend this branch and will not hesitate in using again.

Excellent service and a very kind team.
Shaun and the rest of the team were very helpful, they explained everything clearly and have advised me on the best ways to care for my car going forward. It was truly the most comfortable I have felt at a car garage and I will definitely use the Dudley branch again.

Broken front suspension spring & back brakes
We telephoned and booked the car in as there had been a noise. Sean advised the vehicle to be left for inspection where he found that the front spring had in fact snapped. He kept us updated with the progress where they had difficulty removing, said spring. He kept the vehicle overnight to continue the next day, and also advised that the brakes needed doing. He managed to complete both jobs and car was ready for collection from 4 pm. He explained everything he had done, and we felt confident with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend using Hi-Q.

HIQ came to my rescue! Excellent Service
My car failed it’s MOT (at a different garage) and needed 2 new tyres.
I contacted a number of garages to see if they could help.
HIQ didn’t have them in stock but they arranged to collect them for me so they could be fitted the same day. Excellent service and communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you to the Dudley team!

All Staff are lovely. Phil was kind and nice to talk to. Had my MOT done for the first time there and would recommend. Professional and explained everything regarding my car after at collection. Thanks again guys 👍🏻👍🏻
