I had to have 2 new tyres fitted to both mine and my wife’s cars recently. We
Chose HiQ because it was close and we wanted to keep our business local. The price for the tyres was also comparable and in one case lower than any other tyre company close by.
Unfortunately whilst fitting a front tyre to my car my alloy wheel was damaged by the workshop. I noticed the damage and immediately brought it to the attention of the manager at HiQ. Unfortunately because of a breakdown in communication I had to chase it up.
I was contacted by a manager at HiQ and promised full that it would be sorted…and now it is.
Not only did they repair my alloy they lent me a car for the time it took to repair. In my opinion they really were committed to restoring my confidence and trust in HiQ. They also fitted 4 new TPMS sensors that were also not functioning properly.
All in all I would highly recommend HiQ and will be using them again in the near future.

I needed two tyres fitted at home as my car was undriveable. HiQ Tewkesbury's prices were extremely competitive - they also advised that a new mobile service was available and could be arranged for the next day. The mobile tyre service was arranged by HiQ Malvern - it was on time, quick and efficient, and Noel was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Great customer service from start to finish, and good value too.

Visited on a Saturday morning while away in Malvern for the weekend due to an emergency tyre issue that arose on our journey down, and couldn’t have received better customer service. We were seen quickly and kept informed as to what was happening with our car and how long roughly we’d have to wait. The chap on the desk was friendly, helpful, and professional – and he and the team quickly got us on the road again for our onward travel.

Thanks so much for helping us out with a situation that could have put a major spanner in the works with our weekend plans but didn’t thanks to HiQ’s efficiency and outstanding customer service.

We had 2 front tyres supplied and fitted to my wife's car last Saturday , the price was very competitive and the offer of a guarantee against accidental damage when buying Goodyear tyres was very appealing. The guy on reception was brilliant he was friendly and professional and explained everything , even offering free coffee's. I would recommend them for all your needs.

HiQ Malvern is one of the best Garages I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They are friendly and courteous and always get the job done as fast as they can! When you go into the office you’re met with Nick and Jake who couldn’t be more helpful with your needs. The car then goes to the boys up top and what a selection of technicians you can get! Iain, Sam, Jazz and Marc are always ready to get their hands dirty and sort any issues small or big! I couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Had my vehicle in for MOT and used the pick up and drop off service. All was fine until late afternoon when I call to find out when my car will be dropped and I was told it was delivered about 3 hours earlier that day. After going back and forth trying to find out where my car had been left, it transpired that they had parked it on another property down the road and posted my car keys through the letterbox of this house, as they had initially taken down my address incorrectly. Serious training and/or policy changes need to be made to ensure that car keys are not just left with a property and are physically handed to the owner to prevent this from happening again. I fully appreciate mistakes can be made but if this was a newer staff member, as I was told it was, I would hope they would be a bit more careful with other people's property and not put it at risk of being stolen/security breaches.
It is a shame that this happened because I can't fault the service up to that point, but if you are going to use the pick up and delivery service, please reiterate that you want confirmation of timing and also that you want the keys handed to you physically and not have them posted.

Needed 2 new tyres asap and although the didn't have the ones I looked at offered me alternatives, fitted me in within the hour and were fantastic even when I got the address wrong by making sure I was looked after when I did get there. Will happily return and recommend the team were wonderful.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. As a first-time customer, I booked my car in with clear expectations — after three separate confirmations that the work would be completed that day, I was extremely disappointed to find that nothing had been done.

Despite having my car all day, there was no communication to let me know there would be delays or issues. I only found out after chasing them myself. The phone conversation I had felt unhelpful and sarcastic, which only added to the frustration.

This experience has completely eroded my trust. I was prepared to go ahead with nearly £1,000 worth of work, but I’ll now be taking my car elsewhere — to a garage that values both time and customer service. After multiple reassurances, it’s unacceptable that the car was never even looked at.

Thank you HiQ Malvern. Tyre popped when driving but you had the car sorted quickly and at a good price.

During a recent service, two offside tyres had to be changed but I could only see one. Why? Because not only they had changed the tyres but went to the trouble of putting the two new tyres on the front wheels! That’s service! Thank you.

I had a puncture on my Van this morning (Friday) and noticed that the tyres needed replacing so booked two replacement Goodyear tyres online with Malvern for later this afternoon. Minutes later I had a phone call from them saying that unfortunately the size I needed was out of stock but they would be in before lunch Monday. I "moaned" that I was on call (Electrician) and it would be a pain having to wait till Monday but accepted the Monday appointment. Approx. 10 minutes later, they rang back saying that they had arranged for another branch to deliver the tyres and if I could be in Malvern for 1.00pm they would get them fitted. Less than 3 hours from initial call to driving home, fantastic service. I went for the Goodyear tyres from HiQ because they have a free warranty that covers accidental damage etc and have them fitted on my wife's car and actually claimed on the warranty when I damaged a 6 month old tyre on a pothole. Great price and fantastic service.

Great team at Malvern, got me in for a next day MoT, prompt response by telephone and good price. Free Costa coffee included, will definitely use again and highly recommended.

I had my Shogun serviced and some major repairs carried out today. Very professional staff, taking time to explain to me (and other clients waiting) what was happening and why. The final invoice was lower than I expected which was icing on the cake. Well done HiQ Malvern.

24/10/24 Amazing service - took my car to have tyres checked as warning came on my screen and about to do long journey - friendly cheerful HiQ guy brought car back no problems checked everything and while they were checking tyres replaced two light bulbs front and back too. £10 very impressed and very thoughtful. Thank you.

Cannot fault this Garage, I have my MOT and servicing done here, along with any additional repairs, l won’t go anywhere else now as l know l will receive a professional service and at reasonable prices too. The Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make the whole experience a pleasant one. My son takes his car there too and l wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other family members and friends.

Great little garage and quick, I have been getting all my families car tyres here. If you book online they are more competitive than some of the web only car companies. I once used black circles but now only use these people
