Booked to have 2 tyres replaced on a Saturday, got a call late on Friday (too late to go elsewhere) to say they were not in stock and could not be ordered in time, so I would have to change my booking to the following week. This meant time off work. When talking about it the person on the phone was pretty surly about it.

Once there the service was OK. Exactly as you would expect. Nothing out of the ordinary, but certainly efficient enough.

Excellent service and quality tyres

Booked online and received a phone call asking for the tyre size. It was easy to choose a date and slot to suit. Took the car in at the appointed time and tyre was fitted and I was able to pay on my bankers card. Great service.

Top job as always from the lads with my golf tdi s went in today for the ball joints springs and bearings all repaired and replaced good as new. Proffesional and good service as always

Tyre replacement. HiQ Offered the same service as the bigger tyre chains, faster turn around and good quality. Very responsive on communication and let me know when delivery was delayed by an hour due to factors out of their control.

Had four new tyres last week .
Booked them on the Wednesday and they were on Friday
