Tyre replacement
Having found Hi Q to be very competitive I booked online for a tyre replacement on my daughter's car.
I turned up at the allotted time and was dealt with by very polite and friendly staff. The tyre was fitted without fuss and a valve checked on another wheel as requested. All in all an excellent experience.
Communication throughout has been excellent also.

Great speedy service
Ordered my tyres 2 days before booked appt. Got a notification from them the next day to say tyres had arrived. Had my tyres ready to fit upon arrival to the garage, and fitted within an hour. Covid-19 distancing and caution observed throughout. Speedy service and great price.

Top Notch
I got in contact with Hi Q about having 4 tyres replaced on my Mini One. I have to say the ordering system was a little complicated at first, but I got there in the end.
Zak was very polite on the phone and he guided me through the procedures of ordering, which made it easier.
On the day of fitting, Zak again was very polite face to face. As was all the Hi Q staff I spoke too.
The company was Also in full compliance with the COVID-19 procedures.
I would definitely recommend Hi Q Oldbury for their excellent service.

Excellent service Went in for a tracking and suspension check as had flat spot on rear tyre.Was told both were ok and new tyre recommended.Ordered online and booked for couple of days later when it was fitted promptly and courteously.Observed other customers receiving same service whilst there on both occasions.Highly recommend.
