i went to the preston store ordered the items i wanted the member of staff was very friendly and helpful the items came very quickly and i was informed of their arrival so a very good service

My 11 yo daughter had found an opened album and straight away she was judged of stealing a stuff. She is a very good and honest kid and even informed her dad someone had stolen it. My husband explained to the manager that she had been informed by our daughter that someone had stolen it and advised her to put it back. My daughter was very upset and myself didn’t feel very well they way they treated us. Security arrived.I was really shocked how they treated us .The staff asked my husband to give the item back . My husband was really shocked . My husband explained to the manager that the album was already left open by someone else not by my daughter. Staff are not polite . Im glad my husband demanded to check the CCTV footage and nothing had been found .
I don’t recommend this shop.BEWARE you dont like anyone of you or your children experience this kind of horrible situation.
They have to be taught how to handle a situation like this better . Staff are very judgmental . Mismanaged by the staff . They wont even bother to check the CCTV unless it has been demanded.

Order in store, deliver to home
I was looking for a specific DVD Title. It was not on display, one of the members of staff offered to check if it was in stock, it wasn't but he said it could be ordered and delivered to the store or my home. I requested home delivery. It was delivered promptly.
I prefer to use the High street, (use it or loose it), this method was the next best thing.
The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent. We're knowledgeable and ordered for delivery what wasn't in-store. I hope this places never closes
