Holiday Genie Opiniones 

I was nervous about booking with Holiday Genie as I'd not heard a great deal about them and their website seemed a little 'basic'. Not to mention their prices seemed significantly lower than others, which can often be a red flag. I pressed on and called to book, the lady that answered was informative and helpful. The booking process was straightforward and when I'd paid the balance/it reached the right timing pre holiday, I received all of the component part vouchers (hotel/flights etc.). My nervousness was unfounded as everything had been booked as it should have been and there were no nasty surprises. I'm giving 4 as opposed to 5 as the hotel hadn't been informed by holiday genie of my specific room requests, there wasn't a great amount of communication pre holiday and there was no shiny consumer platform to check everything pre holiday. I would certainly use them again, especially given their low prices.

Great service from this company. Not heard of them before. However, I will be booking with them again. Dealt with Zach who was very efficient and helpful. Also, he booked taxis for us to and from the airport in Barbados, the taxi firm were fab. Everything went seamlessly and at a really good price too, compared with other companies. Definitely would recommend. Thank you.

I have booked with Holiday Genie a few years running to various destinations and every time they have been amazing! The customer service I received with Charlotte Ann was fantastic!

Fantastic company I would not use anyone else now. I booked a holiday to Dubai with transfers through Holiday Genie for the first time this year. Beth was my main contact and she was so conscientious and always on hand to answer my questions . By far the best online booking company I have ever used.

Booked an all inclusive holiday to St Lucia with this company with private transfers . I found the customer care prior to travel sadly lacking the expected standard and had to chase essential documents detailing the trip before we went , getting conflicting advice from different agents . When we arrived in St Lucia after a delay and long flight , the private transfer was not there to pick us up as expected . We then had to arrange our own transfer at a moments notice . The transfer is about 1 hour, so the cost of the taxi was considerable . I have now been communicating with this company for approx 8 weeks and have still not received the reimbursement promised ! Unacceptable customer care !! Will never use them again as they really need to pick their game up !

I have used Charlotte Scott for the last few years and, I wouldn't use anyone else. She's on the the holidays like a flash, at such great prices. I've done one destinations, to multiple destinations and she has helped me and my family find the best hotels at amazing prices. Thank you for always providing us with a fast, reliable, and competitive service.

I am very happy with this company, especially Lauren. Booked a fantastic holiday in Mauritius and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

This is the first time we have used a smaller travel agent and I was a little apprehensive. But there was no need. This company are fantastic - Charlotte in particular. If I had a query I just sent an email and always received a reply within 24 hours. Everything was so easy including our journey which involved a transfer. Our holiday in The Maldives was perfect and we would use Holiday Genie again and are recommending it to our friends and family.

My family and I booked a fantastic trip to Mauritius with holiday Genie. I was very nervous about using them as I wasn't sure if we would get little to no help in booking. In fact it was so easy and simple, anything we had an issue with we picked up the phone and they resolved it. Our original accommodation was closed due to an outbreak of legionnaires but within a couple of hours we had an alternative, transfers we corrected and we still had a fantastic holiday with no stress. I would 100% use Holiday genie again and I would highly recommend Beth and Saikat for being so proactive and responsive. Thanks to both of them we had a great family holiday.

I travelled to Mexico with Holiday Genie in December 2022. It was a perfect, well organised holiday until my prepaid transfer from my hotel to Cancun airport failed to appear. I contacted the local emergency number who informed me they had no vehicles available and that I should get a taxi. This was well over an hour’s drive and cost me $US100 (£85).
I contacted Holiday Genie on my return and asked for repayment of my taxi fare. Over 3 months I have had to provide the same details over and over and submit a copy of the taxi receipt twice, only to be informed that, as the Mexican company refuses a refund, they are washing their hands of it. I’m extremely upset about this and will never travel with them again.

Second time booking with Charlotte and she's been amazing and after having to switch locations due to family health, Charlotte was amazing getting it all sorted for me.

Just booked a second holiday this year through Holiday Genie - with highly efficient Charlotte being my wonderful contact for both. All my queries have been responded to in a very timely, positive, beyond helpful and concise manner. No hesitation in recommending Holiday Genie / Charlotte’s service to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasurable passage to the holiday of your dreams x

I requested that an agent call after 4pm as my Husband works nights and I know he's about then. The agent Charlotte was extremely helpful , making suggestions , offering advice and even saving us a few pounds on our trip. We booked there and then and look forward to our holiday. I did ring Charlotte a little later with a query and that was immediately sorted.

From the booking process to the booking confirmation its been a disappointing service, the bookings are only through calls in which the advisors should be a lot more ethical and helpful.

After they've received payment they basically don't want to know you or any post booking queries that you may have... I was spoken to quite rudely by the first agent when asking questions he's attitude was horrible and he was unbothered to assist. This had put me off and i rebooked with another agent which was helpful but ever since booking I've tried to call numerous times with questions i have regarding my booking and no response!

The customer service is ridiculous- one advisor was half asleep when I called and passed my call back to the the main menu!
I'm regretting booking with this company now...

I am giving the lady Beth 5 stars as she has very good customer service skills.She was very helpful and understandable. She responded to all my emails very quickly.

Sunday 2 hours waiting I was disconnected 4 times assured call back in 20 minutes ( 1 hour ago )

And I wanted to pay for my holiday but needed a query answering ….

Absolute joke of a call centre , do not use these people
