My holiday was handled by Zach. He managed to book seats on the plane with no one sitting next to us both ways to Florida and back. On the outward journey the seats had extra legroom for the standard price. He also booked vegetarian meals for us. He also recommended a midsize SUV rental car which turned out to be just right for us.

We dealt with Beth from start to finish booking our holiday. She was brilliant and very patient. We are incredibly excited for the holiday and feel confident we got a brilliant deal booking through this site.

Scam scam scam, company Director has around 6 other travel agenct companies, no refund or credit given during covid, 1 month before departure they tried to force me to pay the full balance which was around £4000 as the whole world was in lockdown, according to them the was no restrictions in the USA 😁😁😁, this is when USA had the toughest restrictions in place, this company is like the scam call centres in India that try to take as much as money from you as possible.

It’s not very often that I find the urge to write a review. But the service provided by Lauren Hopkins has been absolutely incredible. No task that I’ve asked has been too difficult for her and trust me she’s had to change my flight at least three times at my request, she has always been helpful and always done with a smile or a cheery email. If all of your staff are like Lauren I can see that you will become a successful company going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend booking flights and holidays with you

I contacted Holiday Genie for a quote for a trip to Florida, Darren responded very quickly with a very competitive quote that met our needs but then I decided I wanted to make some changes to my plans and Darren was very patient and helpful in making the changes. We have just returned from a fortnight in Florida. I cannot fault holiday Genie in any way. Darren Fletcher was our first and last point of contact. Nothing was a problem for him and dealt with all our needs from start to finish. We swapped hotels a few months prior to flying due to reading negative reviews and Darren sorted it all out for us without question.
I hope holiday Genie value Darren as an amazing member of staff as a it’s the first impressions that count. Often companies lack this level of professionalism.

I had to cancel our planned holiday the day before departure due to Covid 19. Darren rearranged the same holiday for 6 weeks later. He made the whole process easy and kept me updated throughout. He was clearly very busy, but you wouldn't have known it. He was professional, kind and made the whole experience effortless, at a difficult time. I would 100% recommend.

Initial booking and paying my deposit was very easy and Beth was very helpful, but paying off the holiday has proved impossible and Holiday Genie just as impossible to contact - undelivered emails and telephone only goes to voicemail! Don’t they want my money?

Terrible service, our holiday was cancelled due to Easy Jet under staffed flights. Holiday Genie did nothing to help get refund back. They just said refund had gone into my account which it hadn’t, abruptly telling me to check our bank accounts before bothering them. Not only are we minus our holiday but looks like we’ve lost our money too.

I was given a fantastic holiday package to Las Vegas. The holiday agent - Charlotte was absolutely brilliant and her patience was greatly appreciated and she made the process so easy to sort out. I had to do a name change and Charlotte went above and beyond to sort this out by ensuring this could happen and gave me all alternate options if I couldn’t.

Thank you Charlotte for all of your hard work and for making the process, that would be a nightmare to deal with in general, so much easier to deal with.
