Zach the sales assistant was polite, patient and diligent throughout the whole process of the Booking even when questions were asked and things didn't look right. 10 out of 10 for him

I have booked with Holiday Genie many times, and they have always been excellent, I have booked my holiday today with Darren Fletcher he was very kind and helpful took the time to go through everything and made it easy to book

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Mauritius. The holiday was booked through Holiday Genie, I’ve been speaking to Charlotte who has been ever so helpful. She is a great listener, provided great recommendations based on my requirements. Charlotte always goes above and beyond with answering queries, she is very personable, dedicates time, is never pushy and the whole process was hassle free. Charlotte is proactive with communication, if I leave a message she returns my call as well as efficient with responding to emails. Charlotte has a positive attitude and her willingness to help is admirable. I am delighted that the next holiday is already booked, huge thanks to charlotte. You’re a star!!

I booked a trip to New York for later this year, our representative was Darren Fletcher. I have to say it was so easy and Darren was a pleasure to chat with. This is our first time using Holiday genie but if everything goes well I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time booking with Holiday Genie, previously for an Orlando holiday in 2015. Easily contactable, Darren Fletcher has been helpful friendly and efficient even after a firm booking. Competitive prices, no hard sell. My daughter has also booked with them.

This has been my 1st experience dealing with "Travel Up" (holiday Genie) and the in the sales was Lauren a throughly professional salesperson whose has a clear strategy of dealing with customers putting them at ease with easy to understand conversation, normally I am very hard to please and it takes me several calls and a
and I have to be 100% satisfied. before I commit to a holiday, but Lauren was in a different league everything was sorted out in just one call & in about 15 mins.

Darren Fletcher dealt with arranging my holiday and cannot recommend him highly enough. I sent him incessant queries and changed my dates several times and he was completely friendly, professional and happy to help during the whole process.

After searching for the best last minute deal to Barbados using money supermarket.com, I was directed to Holiday Genie.
I had never heard of the company so was hesitant at first, as I was unsure of its legitimacy. However, after reading all the reviews on trust pilot I decided to give them a call.

I spoke to a lovely man called Darren who wasn't pushy and very personable. He found us a great deal and even organised private transfers additionally a few weeks after booking.

I don't usually use a travel agents for bookings, however, in the future when looking for an all inclusive holiday, I will be booking again through Holiday genie.

I have just finished booking our family holiday to Florida next year and yet again I have received exceptional service from Lauren at Holiday Genie.

Lauren was very professional and patient whilst we were going back and forth with details/amendments about the exact package I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and on every occasion she was able to assist with with my precise details.

We have used Holiday Genie for a number of years, and I would never go anywhere else.

Won't refund Holidays booked during covid.

Hiding behind you cancelled of ure own free will. Yes I did whilst the world was in turmoil...

Do not go near this company, shower of charlatans.

You've been warned....

The reply is total waffle and drivel the CAA scheme states categorically I should get a refund as lots of other companies have done.

Be advised stay well clear of this company, you will regret ever getting involved with them..

I often give negative reviews if I've had a bad experience because you're more inclined to complain when things go wrong. I was also skeptical about dealing with this company, Holiday Genie. However, over the last couple of days I have emailed Lauren with numerous pricing requests and queries and she has replied to every single one. I made the booking this afternoon and assuming the holiday goes well, I look forward to dealing with this company again, thank you.

I started looking at holidays for January and the response from Holiday Genie was excellent I dealt with Darren Fletcher who was so helpful and patient I would definitely book with them again. Give it a go and find out the great service you receive

Like everyone else there was no travelling during the pandemic, so when all the restrictions were lifted we were straight on Holiday Genie as we had used them previously.
Darren sorted us out with the minimum of fuss and got our holiday booked.
We will use Holiday Genie in the future and hopefully speak to Darren again.

Holiday Genie still owe us £1400, same as other reviews. They sent an email saying they could not cope with the amount of calls during Covid
And they would contact us. The flights were cancelled and USA were not allowing travel.
We requested refund however told we did not pay for the holiday in full even though it was cancelled!!!!!! So legally we cancelled and not entitled to a refund!!!
I hope a legal firm will take this on globally.
Do not book any holiday with this company.

We had to rebook our holiday a couple of times due to the COVID restrictions. Lauren at holiday genie has been SO helpful and patient with helping us find the most suitable option at the best price!
Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again!
