My experience has been excellent today LG has been extremely helpful in helping me load my goods into the car. The store is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous in their manner. I always travel here from Solihull due to the excellent customer service.

I received the message and arrived in store after 5 minutes. The order wasn't ready so the taxi driver charged me extra for the wait time. This has happened to me numerous of times, i receive the message order ready to be collected but never is and ive lost out on money because of taxi wait. The order arrived 20 minutes after.

I placed an order online for a large amount of kiln sand and received a text 18 minutes later to advise it was ready for collection. The staff produced the sand already loaded onto a trolley and wheeled it to my car. They then proceeded to put the bags into my boot so I didn't need to do a thing. Excellent service from very efficient and friendly staff.

The cleanliness of the garden centre part is immaculate, I am a regular customer and have always noticed this store clean compared to others. You can easily identify that plants are well looked after and soil is never dry. Salim who I regularly see if I have any concerns or advice regarding plants or maintaining the garden has the best of knowledge, with his service is at top level.

Great help from staff in choosing plants for my planters, shout out to Julia and Phil in particular.

Good assistance is very hard to find from outlets these days. So it was very encouraging to find a store where the staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly.

We were served by a very helpful young man named Suhayl. He was very patient as we were picking paint from the Dulux colour mixing range. Suhayl suggested a number of colours which we liked and so we purchased them. We are decorating 4 rooms therefore, brought 4 tins of paint.

Easy to order. Easy to collect. Pleasant staff.

Online ordering was straightforward, the click and collect process was fast, but product itself was faulty - the Masterplug Weatherproof Box with 4 Socket Extension Lead 8m Black was missing the 4 Socket Extension Lead! When returned, the store quickly replaced it so all was resolved in the end.

Homebase is local to me so convenient for me. Staff always helpful and pleasant. The chap in the garden centre is very helpful Salim always says hello.

Mart W went above and beyond to help me in the store, he treats you like a person instead of just a customer.

salim was really helpful and friendly . helped us with plants which we did not have any clue about them. explained the types kingsheath stocked and recommended which plants to have. he was patient which made my day.
