My order was ready but I didn't get any notification. But the guys were great when I enquired about the status of the order and got me sorted out.

We visited the Bredbury store 26/6/24 1920hrs to purchase corner seating for our caravan patio. Excellent service by the Shift Mgr ,Paul. Friendly, helpful, explained the delivery procedure and how we could change that to assist us. Many thanks and a credit to the company. Andy Potter

Very helpful and friendly staff

Order was available next day. Not enough staff to give me order, had to wait for girl on till to finish serving customers before seeing to me, no one came when I pressed bell. Otherwise, I will still shop at homebase.

Lovely very helpful staff and a young man helped to put our heavy stuff in our car as we are pensioners and struggle with health problems. 3 lovely ladies too very very helpful

Fast order processing. Placed the click and collect order online, and quickly received a message to say the item was ready for collection.
