After going to 4 different stores to choose particular Christmas tree I had to order on line and get what was sent although it was ok I was unable to choose. The ordering and collection was good

Your customer service in the chatham store could get a simple address right causing me great stress and money keep phoning to try to sort it,will never order from homebase again bq have my custom now.
