Not impressed

I ordered this item online, afew days I received an email to say it had arrived at my chosen store how ever when I went to collect it the staff couldn't find it, in all there were 3 members of staff looking, then one of the staff went into a small store room on shop floor and hey presto my item was found, it had been packed in a box that said lawnmower, not Linen Laundry Hamper.
The item is lovely and best of all it was in the sales, I decided to stain it to match the doors on the landing.

Service with a smile

Did an online order with collect at the store,(9x70ltr bags of Bark)didnt realize the size of the bags,However a lovely chap called Michael came and took the load to the car and loaded the car for me EXCELLENT SERVICE 5/5

Click and collect

Click and collect, ordered first thing in the morning. Ready for me to collect as soon as the store opened.

Very poor condition of plants

Very poor condition of plants purchased. Quite expensive and very poor value. Not impressed with customer service, must have been a bad day.
Went elsewhere and have now got much better products with a much more respectful service.

Amazing, quick and helpful service

Came to homebase from a friend's recommendation after not having any luck with a orevious kitchen designer. Deb from the morecambe branch was so helpful and honest with everything to get my kitchen designed and ordered at a reasonable price too! Very quick and efficient, easy to contact and more than happy to help at any time.
