Speedy experience

Placed my order Thursday evening - got my email Friday morning - picked up Friday tea time - my order was waiting at the click & collect desk on a trolley - in & out in less than 5 minutes …..perfect

I ordered something online for me to…

I ordered something online for me to collect in store the following day. Had a wait for to be served not to much of a problem. The young person who served me needs to have some manners. I had the impression the person didn't want to be in the job they were/are doing.
