Excellent quality firewood at a reasonable price
The quality of the firewood delivered was consistently excellent with zero rotten logs included, unlike my previous supplier. The driver was very helpful and polite. The price was about right too . Definitely recommend this company based on my one transaction.

Shockingly unreliable!
First order arrived incomplete even though it was confirmed.
My latest order has been confirmed by email and a phone call but cancelled 24 hours prior to planned and confirmed delivery. Cannot get hold of anyone as their offices close at 5, even though their automated emails get sent out to cancel orders and you can do nothing about it. Shockingly poor

We use homefire and have regular deliveries all year round. They deliver to my elderly parents and the drivers always go above and beyond and actually drop the bags right by the bunker door. Nothing but praise.
