This year the delivery was very quick, within few days of ordering. No problems and were now stocked for winter.

First order arrived incomplete even though it was confirmed.
My latest order has been confirmed by email and a phone call but cancelled 24 hours prior to planned and confirmed delivery. Cannot get hold of anyone as their offices close at 5, even though their automated emails get sent out to cancel orders and you can do nothing about it. Shockingly poor

We use homefire and have regular deliveries all year round. They deliver to my elderly parents and the drivers always go above and beyond and actually drop the bags right by the bunker door. Nothing but praise.

Easy to order fuel plus prompt delivery service yet got to try them

majority of bags contained well rotted horse manure but several bags were just wood shavings with no horse poo at all...quality control a bit off ..wont be repurchasing...now how to get rid of wood shavings

The price of fuel went down shortly after my order despite phoning Customer Service first to check if there was going to be a Summer sale with better prices and being told I should order now as prices would be going up

These logs are just perfect for my wood burner, dry and just the right size. Good price and delivered to my door by a local very pleasant and helpful man.

Homefire have always delivered the quality goods. Great products for a great fire! The trouble is that it's simply becoming yet another energy rip off. A minimum of £100+ spend for free delivery within 10 mile radius? Come on ..
