The service is great and customer support, on the rare occasion that its been needed, have resolved any issues quickly and without any fuss. I've been a very satisfied customer since 2011 and intend to continue to be so.

Our small business has used Hostcomm for more than five years now and have yet to encounter a single problem. From the start, Hostcomm have always been extremely efficient to work with and sensibly priced.
Hostcomm have been our phone provider of choice for the past 5 years and have never let us down.
Their support team always pick up the phone and always quick to fix issues or help us with technical setups. Sales also work with us regularly to fulfil custom contracts or additional development to help our own efficiency as a business.
I would definitely recommend Hostcomm to anyone looking for a flexible yet powerful phone system.

Hostcomm have been an amazing firm to work with from the start, the training on their dialer was spot on and all made sense to me. We have now been using hostcomm for over 6 years and never had any serious issues with their service. The tech team is extremely knowledgeable and really know their products, with their support we have really tailored our dialer to perfectly suit our business. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks!

I have used a SIP trunk service from Hostcomm for 8 years approx and cannot find fault with it. It is reliable and never fails. I have not experienced any unplanned outages and I have been informed well in advance of any down time for maintenance.

I've used Hostcomm's dialling platform for nearly 6 years and within that time, have not come across a more detailed, real time dialler. From real-time reports to wallboards and live call recording (which by the way calls are pulled off minutes after completion) it's a very simplistic yet detailed platform that seamlessly allows callcentre's to function without any technical glitches. The support team is super helpful as well, God know's how often I call them for simple things but they are efficient as efficient can be!

Great Company, staff are very informed and with someone like me, who is a novice in telecommunications they really do offer a 5 star service.

Great dialler system... easy to use interface and amazing tech support. We are based in Perth, Australia and have not experienced any problems that the team haven't managed to sort out very quickly. I have been a customer with Hostcomm for over 3 years, one of the best dialler companies out there by far!

The Hostcomm dialler product has been reliable in the six years or so that we have used it. If we have any queries or to make amendments, the support team are very prompt to respond and resolve anything quickly. It is simple to use from both an agent or administrator perspective.
