We have used Hostcomm as a SIP Trunk supplier for a number of years. We have generally found them to be extremely reliable and their technical advice & support for our in-house Elastix PBX has been great.
Their prices are also very competitive.
Over the years there have inevitably been a couple of issues and Hostcomm's Technical Support has proved to be first rate, with a very fast response and problems solved within the hour or two at most.
I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend Hostcomm, there is always someone on the end of the phone if you have a query or you need to change an extension. Topping up our system is very easy to do. Good service all round and excellent customer service.

we are very happy with the Service from Hostcomm and very rarely need to contact them, when we do our questions are answered quickly and efficiently.

HostComm are always friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of (and speak to a real person). The service is easy to set up, lean and ideal for small businesses and charities (like mine)

Simple and Straight forward. I do not have PayPal,So when I topped up I called the helpline and spoke to Accounts. They were quick and efficient in helping, Solved my query instantly.
I then wanted to review my balance and call charges so spoke with the Technical team, again very efficient and set me up with no problems.

An excellent service. Every time I have contacted Hostcomm they have been extremely helpful. Emails are answered in a flash, barely any time spent on hold when calling in, they're a great team. Special shoutouts to Chris and Ed!

Hostcomm have truly helped me grow my business over the past few years, they offer a great service at a reasonable cost and the customer service is fantastic from all departments.
Any problems the IT guys are alway on the end of the line to help you out. 10/10 service and really happy.

They provide a very good service at a reasonable rate from start to finnsh. they helped me optimise my line to my internet provider and are always on hand to handle any queries quickly.

Excellent VOIP phone service for our small business. 7 extensions with full programmable functionality on cascading calls, centralised messages, internal transferring, etc. The service never misses a beat. Good online panel that is easy to use and programme. Would recommend to any small business.

I have been using Hostcomm as my SIP trunking provider since 2011 and I've just checked and I have only raised 9 support tickets in all that time and thay were all cleared same day. That is reliability. The tech support staff are knowledgable as well as personable and I thank them for it and my interactions with account or sales staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Hostcomm provide a fantastic system and even better support. The interface is straightforward and easy to use which is a huge bonus. Each query or request is dealt with professionally and in a timely manner regardless if it is via email or telephone. i can't thank the support staff enough for their help over the past year and a half. I would highly recommend Hostcomm to anyone looking to improve or start a contact center.

I would highly recommend Hostcomm. The user interface makes it extremely efficient to allocate leads and review performance. The quality of their support staff on the help desk is outstanding and is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced from an IT or CRM provider.
