All in all, pretty good.
Was looking for replacement emergency pull cords but had trouble finding them as a “search” however, after looking up “emergency pull switches”, there was the option to see associated products and listed were replacement cords. That aside, I placed an order and expected delivery in 2-3 days as I’d selected “standard” however, received notification from UPS the same day informing me of a delivery the following day. So, ordered at 12:38 from Hoyles, email from UPS at 14:49. That’s a 2hour 19minutes turn around, pretty impressive. Thank you.

Gutted
Made a purchase on 25th. Payment was cleared on the same day. Got confirmation on that day as well. Parcel gets sent on 2nd next month and should arrive on 3rd? The value is over £100 and it qualifies for 2-3 days delivery. Thats 8days(6 working days)... After asking the question why it hasn't been sent the week before I get the best answer ever: we need to order it first. At that point I am speechless. 1st I should have been informed, 2nd no apologies whatsoever, nor compensation, 3rd why sell stuff online you don't actually have. Even AliBaba type of websites don't do that.

Would prefer next day delivery free with over £1K orders and especially when pay up front. Might be worth selling through Amazon!

Ordered 2 x armour plated door link kits via web and was exactly as described and delivered in double quick time - will definitely use Hoyles again.
