Even though I bought the unit on-line it was very useful to be able to talk to a technical person first and then a salesperson when I wanted to amend the order

Hello Brian
You have left us a lovely review but unfortunately the reviews appear to be inconsistent with the star rating you have awarded, you have in fact selected 1 star. The one star affects our overall rating and has brought it down from 5 stars to 4 stars.
Please could you possibly log back in to Trust pilot and edit the review changing the stars rating to the one you feel appropriate?
Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our services in the first place, it is much appreciated.
If you need any help to do this please let me know.
Regards Lindsay
