Next day delivery came a week late & no way to cancel or communicate
Ordered cartridges on a sunday & paid for next day delivery as needed them quickly. By wednesday, not delivered & showing not despatched yet so sent a message via the website support. Thursday not here, Tried calling & had a message saying no-one available to answer the phone & to email support@
Emailed to cancel the order & ordered via another site.
Friday, no reply to messaged again to their website support link. Started a complaint via paypal.
Received an auto confirmation to say cartridges despatched.
Monday - cartridges arrive a week late. Emailed to say the order had been cancelled & no longer wanted (cartridgesave delivered next day, no drama).
Return was granted at my expense. Cheapest way to send via post office was £4.70 which I requested by email. Received refund for original payment so now I'm £4.70 out of pocket, apparently without recourse as paypal case automatically closed & no replies from Ink Factory.
Use an alternative supplier who actually cares!
