After Royal Mail reported that the had delivered my ink which they hadn't, I reported this to Ink Factory with a photo of my door which didn't match the photo submitted by Royal Mail. Ink Factory immediately dispatched new ink to me which I successfully received.

Good quality ink cartridges but the set does not contain the grey which my canon pixma requires.

Do not trust this company!! recieved catridges thant are usless as they dont work.
tried to contact them by phone and email
They dont Repy at all
Think it is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After the company asking me to give them my order details through trustpilot. THEY STILL HAVNT CONTACTED ME!!
25mins on call waiting 4 emails later no repy afte 7 days of trying to contact them.
Dont buy off them!!
After a cople of weeks and many emails and review changes, Ink Factory has finally got back to me and sugested some fixes.
Unfortunatly they didnt work and the have refunded my money in full, i have change my rating not that i would use this company again but feel my original rating is now to harsh , however i dont feel i would have the same response if not putting a revuew up.
