For the HIU visit, Darren was very friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The service went smoothly. This review is not a reflection of Insite as a business as I have had issues with them in the past. Instead, this is a review of the customer service I received for this instance.

Cohen the Engineer
Cohen the Engineer has come to my apartment a few times to fix my HIU, and each time he's displayed great customer service being very helpful answering my questions around my HIU and general heating related issues, and and has been proactive and thoughtful in explaining the issues and suggesting things to help get around my issues, and also in letting me know what I should expect from insite and by when.

Luke is Excellent!
Luke has been absolutely excellent throughout. He was professional, helpful, responsive and made the whole process much easier for us. Communication was clear and efficient, and he was always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed support. We really appreciate the excellent service Luke provided and would highly recommend him.

Superb service
Superb service. Within 48 hours got an engineer to come visit. And Luke was fantastic. Polite, punctual and considerate about shoes in the house etc. and he fixed the boiler in quick time. Couldn’t ask for more

Welcome email received after 20days…
Welcome email received after 20days from submitting my movein form this was after 5 phonecall enquiries+ 3 whatsapp enquiries + 2 email enquires that were never responded. Wasted so much time on this.
Finally got my account created when the issue was elevated to the senior team to chase the account team. I sincerely appreciate the customer service team for chasing the account team, they have been really helpful at least..
