We have been having an issue with our hot water within the HIU and nobody could help us except Darren. Darren was absolutely phenomenal with the support and in explaining everything to us in the best way possible. He kept on until it got fixed, cant thank him enough as he is a true testament to an amazing work ethic and customer service.
