I find Insite an awful company to engage with over the years with engineers that don't give reason for recommendations that make sense (in past felt like they may be wanting to charge for unnecessary work and insite as a compnay not responding to queries or providing details for payment of work.

This review only relates to a visit today with engineer Glen Goodman, who attended my flat after no sustained hot water. Glen was a knowledgeable engineer who explained why lack of hot water is what it is but though he tried, was unable to provide details of costs as his team didn't answer. He was also clear and took time to explain likely next steps. Glen gets 5stars for hours assessment but Insite's existing poor communication even with their own team show their poor working practice. Today's visit was a 4star rating as a result, would have been 1 or 2 if it wasnt for Glen.

After my last visit I have been having issues with my hot water supply. Lirim Seci was very helpful and fixed it with ease so 5 stars for him.
However, insite energy did not contact me about the time for the visit so it’s pure luck I was home when Lirim came.

Great service from Lirim Seci. Our building management messed up the scheduling for the installation of a new meter. Lirim happened on my door when I was working from home and said it would take 2 hours to resolve the issue. He did it in 1 and a half hours, gave me plenty of notice about a quick power outage and noise, cracked a few jokes and left with everything clean and tidy.

Luke was great. He explained what happened and how it was resolved. He was respectful and professional.

Luke the service engineer was very competent and answered any questions I had very clearly.
Was very impressed with his work.
