Very helpful

I spoke with a lovely lady (Emma) and she helped me with my problem and was very helpful, an understanding to my situation. I suffer anxiety with phone calls and she was really nice and made me feel at ease, an I felt she was very supportive and has sent me links to further help with my issues, all in all I'm very happy with the service this lady provided

A very understanding company that listens and felt with my enquiry fast.

Just been on the phone with Fiona,a genuinely friendly and helpful women,if everyone was as helpful, understanding and just nice the world would be less of a difficult place to navigate .

The company representative was lovely when I rang, no pressure or condemnation. The payment was taken via the automated payment system which was easy to use.

Advisor was very good.

I felt listened too and my enquiry was handled professionally and the main objective of my call was achieved.

I received a text from. Resolvecall about a debt I allegedly owe I called them and they subsequently closed the account and returned it to intrum as the debt is stuate barred.

I have since emailed intrum a prove it letter and they have ignored me. I will wait a further 7 days, and if I dont hear from them, I will escalate my compliment to the Ombudsman.
