I emailed them for the filters I need for my machine, they emailed me back with the link to buy the filters. They were very prompt and they couldn’t do enough for me. The Titan is an awesome window cleaning machine and worth every penny. The build quality is on par with Rolls Royce. They will bend over backwards to help you out.

Hi Darren,

Thank you for the 5-star review!

We're thrilled the team got you the exact filters you needed without missing a beat. Comparing the Titan to a Rolls Royce is high praise, we’re just glad we don't have to charge for the umbrella built into the frame ;)

Thanks for letting us be a part of your setup, and for trusting us to keep your business rolling smoothly!

Hi Craig,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We would like to clarify that the restocking fee is a standard charge, which covers the costs associated with shipping the item from you back to us, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking it. As mentioned, this policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions and was also explicitly emphasized over the phone prior to the return.

While we always aim to handle returns fairly, we must also state that rudeness and profanity directed toward our sales staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our team works hard to assist every customer respectfully, and we expect that same respect in return.

Now that the reasons for the fee have been fully explained, we kindly invite you to reconsider and remove this 1-star review.

Prompt and reliable service

From my initial enquiry about replacement parts and the prompt and very helpful response from Joseph the service I received was very good. The only reason that I didn't give five stars was because of cost. With VAT and delivery charges I thought the cost was high.
Still a great service though. No complaints.

Hi Keith,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review!

We’re glad to hear that Joseph was able to assist you quickly and that you had a great experience with our service from start to finish. We always aim to get replacement parts out to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the total cost, including VAT and delivery. We work hard to ensure our genuine parts and shipping methods meet high quality and reliability standards, but we completely understand how these additional costs add up.

Thanks again for your feedback and support!
