Hi, We have checked and can see this has now arrived. Apologies for the delay, we were waiting on bracket parts before sending the whole order. I can see from your 2 previous 5 star reviews that overall you are very satisfied. Would you please consider changing your rating to reflect this if so? Trustpilot only takes into account the most recent review, so this is affecting our score. Thank you

Awesome
Well, my boyfriend, James E bought two of the ionic care one for me and one for him. It took 7 weeks to get here. But it was worth the wait. I have been using it for three days. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and it is so painful. In 3 days My pain has diminished. It’s amazing because I’ve been in pain for months I would recommend ionic care to anybody. Thank you. Ionic care
