REPLACEMENT FILTERS
In terms of the service, it was prompt and easy. In terms of cost - ridiculous. 3 times the cost elsewhere and I should have looked before. Ionics were the pioneers of Pure water but have priced themselves out the market now , as can be seen with all the other alternative , more cost effective brands.

Ions UK company Sucks
The company Sucks. I singed them for one year and noticed that they have been taking the money out of my account every month for over 18 months. When I called them to get the explaination they said that it is automatically renewed and they cannot cancel it before the end of next year...ie. I have to pay them for the whole new year. I never asked them for automatically renewing the contract.

Hi, It appears you have left a review for the wrong company. We manufacture window cleaning and exterior cleaning systems, we DO NOT offer any sort of rolling contract payment services.
Please remove this review when you get a moment. Thank you.

Worst pole I’ve ever had
Worst pole I’ve ever had. All clamps have failed. All levers have snapped . Last one we have ever used

Respuesta de Ionic Systems
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with your pole.
Having looked into this, the pole is now over 18 months old. At that stage of use, it’s normal for components like clamps and levers to show significant wear, especially with daily commercial work. This level of wear is within the expected lifespan for those parts.
If you’d like us to take a closer look and advise on the best next steps, you’re welcome to get in touch. We’re always here to help with honest guidance and support.
Great products
I have no problems with this company. Products are great, despatched quickly without fuss. I've dropped a star because they use DHL. I've never not had a problem with them, absolutely useless lying company. Sorry Ionics - you're great but stop using DHL they're useless.

Thank you for the review. We have generally found DHL to be the best and most reliable delivery company to work with. Believe us, we deal with delivery companies all the time, it's just as much pain for us as it is for you when it goes wrong!!
