Service mis-sold and not fit for…
Service mis-sold and not fit for purpose with fibre alternative available at the time of purchase but proposed.
New service provided by another provider within 2-weeks with 5x the speed.

Fast and tidy install
I needed a new fibre line installed urgently. ITS did it very very quickly, organised all the permission required from our landlord, and installed tidily and quietly. The service has now been running for a few weeks, and we're planning to use ITS for future sites.

Consistent, fast and efficient.
I run a co-working space of around 65 members called Raw Space. After trying various providers, we have now stuck with ITS for the past couple of years and have had no issues with our internet.
They are also great at improving the service, or changing accordingly if you need something changed.
Their technicians are also great and very efficient when on site.
