Oh my goodness finaly a company with excellent communication and customer relation skills, nothings to much trouble. Not had much down time but get informed all the way and a follow up email to check service back to normal if there is ever a problem. I can't fault this company at all.

The ITS team have been excellent in providing the support we need to run our business effectively and efficiently. When it comes to IT and technical performance, you know that things are great when there are no complaints about systems or computers not working! The ITS support team are always on hand when there is an issue to help us resolve it, and proactively advise and support us when it comes to upgrades or changes needed. I recommend them for any business IT support or consultancy needs.

We have been with ITS broadband for over 18 months now, in that time it has been super fast & totally reliable. Only had one time when we had an no broadband issue and Janet in customer services pin pointed the problem straight away - Stupid me had accidentally kicked the cable out of the back of the PC :-)

Great service & friendly team to deal with.

We are a specialist tuition organisation focusing on Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Special Educational Needs. We recently moved from a centralised building to delivering our services online, with tutors delivering via Skype.
We needed a reliable and flexible phone system to preserve our well known number, but also one which would allow our PA and tutors to receive calls wherever they needed to.
