29/3 It is now 5 days since I received the dress and I have emailed them daily for advice on how to return the dress as the app and website are not allowing me to submit the request as they instruct. I am STILL waiting to hear back. They replied the next day after my initial complaint but have been strangely silent since then.

Edit: The creases have not dropped out and the dress appearance is poor. the company has offered to accept a return and refund but I am still waiting for the information on how to do this as the link provided doesn't work. I have emailed them twice now for advice. I am hoping that postage and packaging will be paid as it was this that caused the issue in the first place. I would appreciate an email to resolve this situation asap.

My daughter's prom dress arrived yesterday after a long wait. It was packed in a tiny box, scrunched up in a bag. As a result the dress creased beyond a wearable condition and will require it to be professionally pressed before she can even try it on.
The dress including p&p cost almost £200 and she was so excited to receive it. This quickly became disappointment once it arrived. The dress looks like a rag, the material is thin and cheap and the quality is low.
For the price I would expect it to be delivered in a protective garment bag and on a hanger.
I have emailed them back expressing my disappointment and sent photos. I am requesting a refund and am awaiting their response.
I hope they acknowledge how the packaging has ruined the dress and compensate me sufficiently as the dress is not fit for purpose.
This company is selling cheap dresses at inflated prices and I would not recommend them. Very poor.

Easy ordering, I ordered the made to measure. Great watching the bridesmaid dress in its journey from china on the app. The dress was really pretty for an 11 year old bridesmaid. I couldn’t find a fault at all.

I order a dress on the sale and was very apprehensive aa not ordered before. The ordering was easy and I was kept updated throughout. The dress quality, colour and tailored is exceptional. Came well packaged. True to size. Will definitely be buying all my special occasions dresses from here.

My friend bought six bridesmaid dresses from here, well in advance of her wedding in August (it's now Feb). She didn't open them straight away as she didn't need to, and trusted that they'd be in perfect condition as they are supposed to be new. After 20 days she opened them and found that every single dress was snagged. The company are refusing to do anything about this, despite the fact that they have sent her FAULTY items, because she didn't realise this within the 14 day return period. Absolute con artists, avoid like the plague!!

Items arrived with visible snags in the material. When I contacted customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement, I was told their 14-day returns policy applied. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods are covered for 30 days from receipt. Disappointing response and not what I expected when reporting a clear fault.

I have spent so much time looking for Bridesmaid Dresses for my 8 bridesmaids, I quickly realised going into a shop and fitting all 8 who are aged from 10-49 wasn't long to happen.
I wanted matching colour & material, but wanted them to chose a style they felt beautiful in.
I researched a few online options, and ended up getting try on at home sample dresses from JJs house and another.
I had a few questions which I emailed to JJs house, they answered quickly which I appreciated
I placed 4 different try on at home orders because I wanted my bridesmaids to be able to try on different styles they liked in their sizing.
We measured and the sizing was fairly true to size, we had to go bigger for the bridesmaids with larger breasts - up a couple of sizes.

The dresses arrived fairly quickly,

I have now placed an order for the actual dresses they've chosen and should have them within 4 weeks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Despite having read reviews about the lack of transparency and customers not getting a full refund from this place, I decided to give the place a chance for my wedding. The location showed it is coming from China, while the name JJ's house "London" clearly does not suggest that. I still waited for it to come as the ETA was before my function. Now my wedding has now passed and it says it is still in China. My wedding was affected by this as it 1. did not arrive on time so I had to wear something very last minute 2. I tried to initiate the refund process and now they say I am getting significantly less refund for something that I haven't received (It still says it is in China and my wedding has now passed!)

There is no contact number for the place, and they take long to reply to emails, which was not helpful as I was told to wait patiently?? Why would I need it now that the event has passed and the delay in shipping is not my problem as a customer?

I wish I could give this place a 0 star, should have listened to the reviews. :((((((

Ordered a dress and hat on 2 Feb. Arrived today and hat shoved in a box far too small so it’s damaged. Dress cost £170 and is cheap polyester not the satin described on website.Shop elsewhere and save your money!
Update:I have provided my order number and am led to believe that I need to pay postage for returning damaged items- disappointing!

I bought theses gorgeous pale lemon satin shoes for a wedding. I’m not disappointed, beautifully made and embellished with crystals. Exactly as described. Excellent quality and delivered promptly. Friends have commented that they look like a designer brand. Great value for money

Dress was faulty under left arm. Not noticeable on looking . They charged me extra for returning item. It was a pre paid label for £4 99 even though the post office said less when I enquired how much it would cost. They then charged me a further £10.99 for god knows what. 1 paid over £200 for the dress. I will not use this company again . Refund £189 41

The dresses are decent and good value, but if anything goes wrong, there is absolutely no customer service.

This was the second time I ordered a try at home dress, but was not able to pay for it on the app for some reason. I was then advised to send a payment directly on PayPal which I did.

About a week later they started to chase for this payment. I again emailed customer services, who then confirmed that the payment was received.

A week later they are chasing the payment that I made two week ago again, and this time they charge me for the dress for a second time.

Complete crooks.

My burgundy fascinator arrived in perfect condition, within the time specified. It was beautiful!

I wore it to my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and they both said it was beautiful, so thank you! ☺️

JUST ARRIVED,, AND FINALLY GOT APPOINTMENT

Ordered dress in December still saying on its way, not sure if it’s walking. I also been trying to book an appointment at their new store in London. I’ve emailed , messaged and gone on their website and Instagram a few times in last two weeks. Nothing back . How do you get appointment
