I don't understand the positive reviews at all. I ordered the wrong size and contacted them to arrange an exchange. Never got a response. I just had to order another one in the end so I had it in time for the wedding, so now I have 2 dresses, one brand new and never worn. Also, the dress isn't the best quality and doesn't fit well on any of the 4 bridesmaids but by the time we realised, we were stuck with it. It's a multi-wear one but the fabric that allows the different styles is much too long and has to be gathered around your waist or tied in a massive bow around your neck!?! It doesn't really sit flush in any style but is the only thing that affords any support meaning it has to be tied duper tight, making it really quite uncomfortable for the whole day. It's a China based company so I really should have known better. Absolutely gutted.

In response to your message. 14 days is absurdly short and once it passes there is no way to arrange a return. I emailed customer services directly and received no response. funny, you've responded to this review in less than 24hrs. Its a total con.

Literally said all of that in my review 14 days isn't long enough, it's a con.

Dress & Jacket arrive I was Sceptical at first. But they have a shop in London as well. Dress came just before Christmas, it was packed really well, not creased at all. Excellent material, Beautiful finishing touches. I’m normally a size 12, I ordered a 14 which fits perfect. Height 5’ 4 , Bust 34F. Thank you JJHouse for your perfect service .

I bought 2 dresses from JJ house. Both where amazing and good quality.

I went to JJ's House in London on two occasions and saw a dress that I loved, I then went online and stupidly ordered the wrong dress. But when comparing both dresses, it was easy to make that mistake as both dresses were almost identical. I have now learnt that you must have the correct number which is like 6 digits. I paid £192 for the dress but it was nothing like the photo. I am very disappointed with the quality of the dress but I am more disappointed in myself that I made such a silly mistake. I contacted JJ's House and they were eager to make it right for me, they offered me two options to accept a partial refund or to accept 10% off the dress that I was supposed to order. I took the partial refund. As for if I would re-order from them? I am not sure, as I am left with a dress that I am not happy with and I will probably be giving it to charity, but I am also wondering if I should give them another chance to see if I would be happy with the dress that I was supposed to order, but the question is "Am I willing to take that risk?" as I must not forget that I am out of pocket by £96 from the partial refund that was offered. Perhaps I would keep checking their site to see if they have any sale and then make a final decision.

First time ordering and I am not disappointed the dress is a perfect fit and matches all my accessories for my sons wedding would recommend JJ House

Bought my dream dress from here and I couldn't be more happy with it. Really good fab material Nd detail was beyond good. Dress was more beautiful than the picture on the website. Fits to the tee . The measurement are so so accurate. I ordered a 12 as I'm between both a 10 and 12 UK size and it was like it was custom made for me.

Dress exactly as advertised, custom size fits nicely and delivered on time with all accessories as ordered. Very user friendly interface and easy to order with regular updates on delivery.

Edit After the below review, I was contacted by JJ’s & my order was expedited, arriving the day before we left for wedding. I have to say the dresses were beautiful & were custom made & fitted perfectly. The girls loved them & much praise from all the guests. Thank you but I would say that in future do let customers know if order is running late as I was quite stressed!
I would like to give 5 stars but the delay means I have given less & am not sure if they would’ve arrived if I hadn’t chased!
I have 2 bridesmaids dresses on order, they were due for son’s wedding on 18th October. Should have arrived before October 6th. Have left 3 messages with no response when they say they reply within 24hours. Says dresses are in process. I can not find a phone number. I am very upset and now looking for 2 dresses locally. This is bad service & I have paid £180!This is stressful & I would not recommend this company.

En 2025, on devrait avoir le droit de se rétracter sans se faire plumer surtout quand les articles reçus sont de qualité médiocre.

I ordered a beautiful sky blue evening gown for a formal occasion in the spring. I was a bit nervous in doing this because it was not custom made to my size. I had to choose a regular size. Well I had nothing to worry about. The dress was superb. The quality and fit was perfect. The colour advertised did not do the dress justice. It looked absolutely fabulous when it arrived. I have always shopped with JJS House for formal attire and they have never let me down. The dress was packaged perfectly. They kept me informed all the way. Their customer service is brilliant.

The quality and fabric is great for the price. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again from Jjs house.
