Koop hier nooit!!
Ik bestelde 2 jurken en 2 pasjurken. De jurk die ik wilde houden was 180€ maar de verzendkosten en de retourzending waren bijna 400€!! Voor alles wordt aangerekend, bestelling wordt verzonden in 4 delen, 4x verzenden, 3x retour naar China, de kosten blijven oplopen. De klantenservice is vreselijk. Steeds onduidelijke en herhaaldelijk dezelfde berichten. Mijn jurk van 180€ kostte me uiteindelijk 480€. Ik ben zeer ontevreden!! Het zijn bedriegers!

Avoid avoid avoid
Ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses custom sized. The sizing was not perfect and the 4th dress was a different colour!!!! I sent them several photos and messages and they said that the fabric had come from different reels. I managed to get a 40% refund but I would not shop here ever again

Generally good, just sizing issues and long delivery times
I used JJ's House for my bridesmaid dresses and matching ties. They were overall pretty good, however, the fitting is not to UK standards and you generally have to order 4 or 5 sizes up to get the fit you want. This can be upsetting for us women who want to look and feel slim and healthy, especially for a wedding, so i would politely ask them to review their sizing. Delivery also took time, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time for orders, returns and re-orders - at least two to three months min incl adjustments. Orders of swatches were great and the final dresses matched the colour I chose.

Ronduit slecht. Er wordt vals geadverteerd. Je mag passen en zorgeloos terugsturen. Nou... zorgeloos zeker niet. Een aantal jurken gepast, eerst duurde de verzending van een gesplitst pakket echt lang, (3 weken) en vervolgens bij het retourneren worden er van allerlei kosten gerekend waar ik zelf nog nooit van gehoord heb. Voor 7 jurken passen, 190 euro betalen. Nou jammer, ik zie wel waar hun verdienmodel zit. Ik snap weinig van de positieve reviews en daar ben ik zelf op af gegaan. Ook de kwaliteit van de jurken waren slecht.

Houd er rekening mee dat de paskosten niet worden terugbetaald. De prijs die u voor de passervice heeft betaald, wordt niet verrekend met de uiteindelijke bestelling en wordt niet terugbetaald bij retournering van de pasjurken. De kosten voor de verwerking en de zorgvuldige afhandeling door ons magazijnteam worden vergoed. Hoewel de paskosten niet worden terugbetaald, kunt u uw favoriete jurken thuis passen voordat u een definitieve beslissing neemt. We hebben ook gemerkt dat u 4 jurken voor de volledige prijs heeft besteld en ze allemaal heeft geretourneerd. Houd er rekening mee dat de verzendkosten voor jurken voor de volledige prijs niet worden terugbetaald als u de jurken daarom wilt retourneren.

Bestellingen van een aantal jurken. Twee jurken op maat gemaakt. Deze werden geleverd. Maar een rode jurk bestaande uit twee stuks een rok en top werden nooit geleverd, die stond in de bestelling als na te leveren maar nooit geleverd, vele malen melden en schrijven krijgen we te horen het leveren langer op zich laat wachten en dat het in verschillende fases worden geleverd. De jurk werd tot op vandaag niet geleverd. In het pakket zit wel een andere jurk bij die niet op mijn bestelbon zat en deze werd samen met de andere pasjurken terug gestuurd. Het bestelde rode jurk bestaande uit twee stuks werd betaald maar nog steeds niet geleverd. Ook moeten wij zelf uitzoeken waarom het jurkje niet bij het pakketje zat. Niet klantvriendelijk. Zij willen er zelf niets aandoen om het jurkje te traceren of te vergoeden. Zij gaven ons de opdracht het probleem zelf op te lossen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk dat hun pakket verloren zijn gegaan. Nadien ben ik opzoek moeten gaan naar andere klantvriendelijkere websites met betere kwaliteit. Een van de op maat gemaakte jurk is zeer slordig in elkaar genaaid. Deze is zelfs niet bruikbaar om te dragen. Draden van stiksels en zomen zijn niet ingelegd op een behoorlijke manier. Ik zou er nooit meer iets bestellen. Ik bestel nooit meer bij jj house uk. Te slechte ervaringen met deze niet klantonvriendelijke verkoper. Slechte ervaring met jj house uk. Slechts 1 jurk is draagbaar van de bestelling, 1 jurk is nooit geleverd en 1 jurk is zeer slordig genaaid.

We hebben gecontroleerd of de jurk in de door jou opgegeven bestelling in juni is geleverd. Houd er rekening mee dat je bestelling in twee pakketten is verdeeld, waardoor de twee jurken apart worden verzonden.

Stunning dresses and perfect fit
I first bought my daughters bridesmaids dress rather nervously but I need not of been as it arruv3d and was perfect. I then ordered my wedding dress again j was nervous as it was custom made and non refundable but it was perfect and the size was spot on for like a glove and was absolutely stunning I love it and would highly recommend buying from this site.

Great experience
I've bought two dresses from JJ's house for my gcse prom and now my a-level prom, because of their lower prices. Both dresses I've received have arrived quickly, and look exactly like the website. I was very pleased with both and would recommend JJ's house to anyone!!

I’d give no stars if I could
I’d give no stars if I could! I ordered a few try it on dresses and everything was fine. I then went ahead and ordered 5 custom made dresses, only 1 fits!!! Raised this with JJs house and have checked the measurements we have provided are correct which they are. Upon receiving JJs house ‘quality control’ photos which shows the sizes the dresses have been made to, you can see they don’t match the sizes we provided! For one of the dresses the middle seam is totally misaligned which I think is the cause for one of the dresses being too big. One of the dresses is way too long, and their response was we didn’t provide the hollow to floor measurements so they had to make the dresses on a standard height ratio. When I sent them screenshots of the measurements I HAD provided they then responded to say all dresses had been made in accordance to the measurements so they completely backtracked!!!
I have provided them with so many photos and evidence that the dresses have not been made correctly to size, and now they have completely ignored me!! There is no phone number to call, and when I did get email responses to start with it took over a week. I first raised my complaint on 6th April, it’s now over 5 weeks later and I’ve gotten nowhere!!! No solution and my wedding is weeks away.
Spent £480 on dresses, 1 fits and to alter the other 4 I have been quoted £344!!! Might as well order new ones! Truly disgusted at the service, I will be reporting to Trading Standards.
