Excellent service and a great quality dress for mother of the bride
I used the try on at home service and also ordered colour swatches. It was so easy. Ordered 4 different dresses which arrived within a few days and included the return label for convenience. I was able to find the right size in the style I wanted and then kept the dress, which gave me an additional 15% discount. The quality of the dress was very good and well made. I would highly recommend JJs House for their great service and my purchase of mother of the bride dress.

Verzendingkosten van 38.63€ +Klassiek jurk lengte kledingzakken van 10 € die je niet meer kan terugverzenden terwijl je geen kleed hebt niets en die mensen reageren niet zoals het hoort!
Dus je leest het goed allemaal als de maat niet goed is dan bekostig je zelf de verzendingskosten toch hilarische een bedrijf dat zoveel verdiend rekent je aan voor kosten waar je niets aan hebt alle mag nog een kleed vinden ook eh en ben al geld kwijt

Fantastic value for money, dresses are beautiful and quality is amazing for the price!
We tried a few for my daughters prom, friends have used JJs for bridal dresses and all have been perfect. Packaged securely, just need hanging immediately to remove any creasing from delivery journey.

I ordered a dress from JJ’s house which took over a month to arrive
It eventually arrived packed in a very small box on opening the dress package which was a zip lock bag the dress was completely creased so much so I needed to have it professionally steamed as it just looked so awful and was totally unwearable in that condition
Although the dress quality is very good and a perfect fit the appearance of the dress was completely awful and ruined by the way it was packaged
I was disgusted that a special occasion dress costing £143 was packaged like a piece of rubbish , costing me an additional £25 to have steamed in order to be able to wear it

Opkræver penge for ingen varer
Bestilte 3 kjoler, ville betale via Klarna som var en mulighed, fordi jeg kunne vente med at betale idet jeg vidste at jeg kun ville beholde en af kjolerne. Efter nogle dage afbestilte jeg kjolerne, idet jeg fandt en anden. De havde ikke sendt kjolerne endnu, havde ikke modtaget nogen mail om at de var på vej og det var ikke kjoler der skulle specialsyes. Alligevel opkræver JJHouse halvdelen af det fulde beløb. Altså 1083,50 kr.. for??? Ingenting!!! Jeg har skrevet mails til dem 2 gange, som der ikke svares på… hold jer fra dette firma, med mindre I er meget sikre på at beholde kjolen..

Beautiful clutch bag for my wedding day. I was a bit wary of ordering from JJ's, but I needn't have worried. The bag was exactly as it was on the site, ordering was easy and delivery very quick. Would order again.

anmeldelser ikke retvisende på hjemmesiden
Pudsigt at når man kan anmelde produkterne på hjemmesiden, så er det kun de gode anmeldelser som blive vist. Jeg skrev d. 6/3-2025 en anmeldelse på en kjole og gav den 1 stjerne, anmeldelsen står som godkendt/gennemgået på hjemmesiden men er ingen steder at se inde inder produktet, der er der kun 7 anmeldelser med 5 stjerner, det er jo så ikke retvisende over for kunderne. Så nu skriver jeg også min anmeldelse af kjolen her.
Er lidt ærgerlig over at man bestiller en kjole på mål, men at den så slet ikke passer når man modtager den. Specielt når man så ikke kan få lov til at returnere en kjole som er på mål. Barmen sidder helt forkert og dårligt, taljen er meget for stor, vi skakker 2 cm ca. i hver side.
Alt i alt meget skuffet og træt af at have brugt så mange penge på en kjole som ikke er brugbar.

JJ ‘s House is fantastic company which I have used for myself now for a wedding last year & I’ve purchased a dress for my son’s wedding this year too. This purchase was for a beautiful jacket for my mother to wear with a dress already purchased for my son’s wedding. It arrived quickly & as they didn’t have a picture on the website of the model wearing the jacket in the colour I wanted, they very kindly emailed me a picture of the jacket in the colour I needed hanging on a mannequin. Great customer service, going that little bit extra to help. The jacket fits my mother perfectly & it looks stunning with her dress! Well done JJ’s House & thank you! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a dress, with my own measurements and it arrived yesterday. It's perfect! I had almost given up on ordering online after many disasters, but JJ's is a professional supplier and I will definitely order from them again. My dress is beautiful and I'll be wearing it at a wedding this coming weekend.
