Ordered and paid for 2 dresses on their "try on" service and paid in full for another item,- The courier has clearly lost my order ( shipped in 2 parts ) which isnt JJ fault however I am not getting any response from JJ customer service , nor a refund issued

Update on my refunds: After communicating with customer service, they agreed to refund 90% of the item's value and the full shipping fee. However, I still lost £17 for cancelling a standard-size dress order without personalisation. If you’re used to free returns and ordering multiple items to choose from, this company isn't for you. They charge the full shipping fee plus 10% of the item's value as a restocking fee. Essentially, you'll pay at least £20 just for placing an order, even if you're not satisfied with the dresses. In my case, I didn't even see my order as I cancelled the order due to it not being able to meet delivery timeline on time.

It's important to note that our tailoring process, even for standard sized dresses typically spans a timeframe of 12-15 days, as clearly outlined on our website at the time of your purchase. Given the timing of your cancellation request, it falls beyond the stipulated timeframe outlined in our cancellation policy.
In accordance with our policy, which states, "Orders cancelled more than 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost," we regret to inform you that your order is not eligible for a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policies.

I should give 0 stars. The refund is incorrect, I have paid £304.99, and refund will be 254£ ??? How come if dresses cost £118, £168, plus shipping £17, and protection £1.99. First time, and last time. Think before you buy something you can't check please.

Amazing on line experience. Bought many items, earrings also came with extra backings which I thought was brilliant.. Dress was in perfect condition. Havnt paid any custom charges yet 😁.

J’ai eu un beug informatique au paiement qui finalement est passé et à été débité mais entre temps j’avais pris la carte de mon conjoint et bien j’ai deux robes à 169 euros 😰 j’ai voulu annulé une mais en faite ça a tout annulé . Quand vais être remboursé de mes 338 euros . Je n’arrête pas d’écrire les réponses rare sont en plus obsolète. Je reprends mon commentaire: Et bien oui du nouveau . Robe remboursée, belle réactivité de jjs j’attends ma robe pour le 25 mai . Donc site fiable pour moi et réactif !

Jeg skal til flere bryllupper i år, og har forelsket mig i flere kjoler på siden.
Jeg havde derfor valgt at bestille 10 stofprøver hjem, for at se/mærke stoffet inden de endelige valg.
Jeg bestilte 13. April, og har stadig intet modtaget. Linket med track and trace kan ikke benyttes. Nu har jeg skrevet med kundeservice, som beklager og derfor vil sende en ny ordre afsted, hvilket jo er super dejligt, men det samme gentager sig. Ingen pakke er kommet, og linket virker heller ikke.
Det kan da ikke tage så lang tid at få sendt stofprøver afsted? Og hvordan kan de alle forsvinde i posten, som de heller ikke fortæller mig, hvem der leverer?
Nu tør man da slet ikke bestille noget derfra.
