Love my chairs! What you're doing best is the very quick shipping! I ordered 1 dining chair to see if I liked it, then ordered the other 3 after my husband saw it the next day- I had all 4 within 5 days from the first order placed! I like the text updates with shipping info and the item itself is beautiful!

I had been looking for this color pillows for months I finally found them on your website without the need to having them made. I was surprised and joyful. It is the perfect color, a very rare color, and they look great. I love these pillows. Great color, great quality.

We ordered some beautiful bronze ceramic tiles. They arrived well packaged and perfectly intact.
These were sold on another site but Joss and Main had a much better price.

My purchase was expected to arrive today. At 1100sm, I received notification that deli delivery was nearby in my neighborhood. It’s 1044pm, and still no delivery.

I like the wreath, and it came quickly. However, it is not the same color as on the website. It is a rust color instead of bright orange. It does not match my porch pumpkins.

Never received

I ordered two of this item and received only one. I tried to receive support to get this resolved, but it's an AI bot who does not actually fix anything and suggested I just keep waiting for the second one to show up (the shipping clearly shows the single package was delivered and nothing else is coming). I'm very annoyed as it's a seasonal item so time is ticking for this to even be useful, and since I have one I have no idea how to return for a refund.

I’m very happy with my Joss and Main purchases! The products are advertised / presented accurately, everything I’ve received has been as expected, no surprises. I have been very pleased with the quality and materials of my purchases and find them a very good value for the price.

I love the desk itself, but I do think the resolution process for damaged furniture needs improvement. For furniture at this price point, the partial refund offered to keep a damaged item should be more substantial. If a customer chooses a replacement part instead, I also think some partial refund or store credit should still be provided.

Receiving only a replacement tabletop means I now have to disassemble and reassemble a brand-new desk, manage another large delivery, deal with all of the additional packaging, and dispose of the damaged tabletop myself. That is a significant amount of time and physical work caused by the item arriving damaged.

I understand not offering both a full replacement and a large refund, but some acknowledgment of the inconvenience beyond simply sending the part feels appropriate, especially when customers are purchasing nicer, more expensive furniture.

Communication A+....Delivery A+.....only complaint i have is the actual color a bit off from the picture....overall rating B+

Great company with great products for a reasonable price

This was my first time ordering from Joss and Main. Great communication every step of the way, and furniture was delivered when promised. Furniture was packaged very well and quality is outstanding. I would definitely order from the company again.
